Le briefing des femmes de ménage sous la fenêtre, certes la buanderie est proche mais il faudrait penser aux hôtes qui préfèrent dormir plutôt que de savoir ce que la femme de ménage doit améliorer

Wir waren 3 Wochen in Südfrankreich unterwegs und haben für drei Tage hier Station gemacht. Die Lage, die Austattung, die Atmosphäre aber vor allem das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal ließen keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es gibt möglicherweise preiswertere Unterkünfte in St. Tropez. Doch die Kombination aus zentraler Lage und ruhig gelegen sowie den anderen Vorzügen ergab für uns ein unschlagbares Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis mit Wiederholungspotential!
Wir haben gar nicht erst versucht, etwas zu finden, denn es gibt nichts zu kritiseren!

When we first checked in, we were taken to a suite that was upstairs. We went in and there was no sofa (as in the picture of the suite i booked) there were no coverings on the windows. I told the front desk guy NO, we cannot stay here. This is not the room i booked. He said, we are full - sorry. I just stood there waiting for him to say something else. He poked around on the computer. Eventually he showed us to another suite that was suitable on the ground level with a patio. I cannot believe they would rent a room to people with no furniture in the living space and no window covers. We had booked 10 days!! In the room we did get the water poured out of the shower onto the floor every time we used it. No big deal BUT this is something they should know about to be able to fix.
they should have fixed the pool. Or drained it. We were there 10 days and the pool was turning greener and greener.
Otherwise, the hotel is lovely and the location is just perfect.

Un parking à réserver.
tout proche du centre de Saint-Tropez, très facile !
Les rénovations n’étaient pas finies... La chambre de quatre personnes s’est retrouvée en une deux personnes …plus un lit, clic clac.
J’avais réservé pour trois adultes. Mon fils s’est assis sur le lit et il s’est cassé !!!
Ils ont pu mettre un vrai lit une personne mais ça aussi ce n’était pas le deal, on pensait un lit, deux personnes !
La piscine annoncée n’était pas remplie et la climatisation, ne fonctionnait pas….un début de saison un peu difficile!!!
Bien que le personnel a fait tout ce qu’il fallait pour nous aider, et j’ai eu un remboursement, mais ce n’est pas ce que j’avais souhaité au départ. J’espérais plus de confort. pourvu qu’il puisse faire magnifique endroit, un lieu à la hauteur de leurs espérances et des nôtres.

Hôtel idéal à taille humide très bien situé, tout le centre de Saint Tropez se fait à pieds.
La rénovation est de bon gout. Les chambres sont confortables et donnent sur le jardin très agréable;
Un plus sur le parking très pratique pour aller sur les plages lointaines.

The open market is just steps away. Walking distance everywhere. The hotel appears to have undergone recent renovations. Very bright. Bed is comfortable. We stayed for one night. Hotel parking rate is very reasonable if you truly understand what a nightmare it would be to try to find a spot in St Tropez. Manhattan has more parking than St Tropez.

Todo. Es el lugar perfecto para alojarse en St. Tropez. La ubicación es un 10 y las instalaciones del hotel impecables y muy acogedoras. El desayuno muy rico y completo.

La ubicación del hotel es ideal para visitar el centro y el puerto caminando. El parking en el hotel hace q todo sea perfecto si estás en auto . Tiene todo lo necesario en la habitación, aunque es de tamaño ajustado, tiene cafetera, frigobar y todo lo q necesites. Estuvimos solo una noche y fue una estadía ideal.
Le falta un poco de mantenimiento. Se escuchan mucho los ruidos externos

The staff were very friendly and accomodating (including with early check in). The location was walking distance to everything in the main town. The room was very clean and the pool was divine.
We stayed in a room in the main property, and it was pretty noisy when they were servicing breakfast in the mornings downstairs.

Rien, tout est parfait le jardin intérieur la petite piscine à proximité du port le personnel. Si vous venez en moto, n’hésitez pas à le lire, vous pourrez stationner votre moto à l’abri et gratuitement.

The room very old style and very very noisy. Not so clean .
You can hear all the noise from the other rooms . I couldn’t sleep

Right in the middle of old town St Tropez and the staff was amazing. They helped us with all our reservations and guided us with our stay. Exceptional customer service and would highly recommend. We will be returning soon 😍

Service from the staff was exceptional, they offered and assisted us with marking reservations at restaurants and clubs. The room was very clean and comfortable and the property was beautiful and welcoming. Property was walking distance to lots of shopping and restaurants.
