Balcony, location, shower.

Location

The shower was terrible, just a dribble of water. No soap in bathroom.

If you are looking for a quiet, family-friendly place, this is not the place. There seems to be no no noise rule. People have parties in the apartments, loud music, people talking loudly until late. People come back drunk from parties and go upstairs making a lot of noise and talking very loudly. And this happens all night long. This happened both nights I stayed there. The bathroom drain gave off a horrible stink that spread throughout the entire apartment.

The rooms and kitchen were very clean.

The position is good, 5 min walk to the beach.

For seven person, the apartment was too little.

Owner was lovely, very helpful. Room was a good size and so was balcony

location, and a balcony with a view of the sea, apartment is big enough and has a lot of space.

It is very near to Novaija's seafront, one bed is king size and the terrace is comfortable. The lady is kind and gentle

2 lights and the window didn't work, the kitchen drawer didn't work properly. We found some objects of other people, and the room wasn't very clean. The man didn't answer to us for several days before and during the arrival: we came from Rome, it wasn't very reassuring after 19 hours of travel
