the room size is extremely small compared to photos and not comfortable plus elevator is one person at a time and the flat is at the 6th floor

The appartment is very clean. For the price, the location is very convenient. Beds are really comfortable. Four people can sleep comfortably👍🏼

Although you have an electric heater in litterally every room (in bathroom too), it takes longer time to heat up in could time of the year

The availability of the owner and the location of the apartment

We had an unfortunate experience of my nephew leaving his passport on the plane and being held 3 hours in the airport.. Jesus was kindly flexible for an additional 30Euros check in fee with us being late and put our minds at ease with a further late late options in the event of needing it (thankfully we didn't!) Great sized rooms. I was traveling with my nephew and we were just using the apartment as a base to sleep and shower. The facilities were great, towels etc all provided. Really near Rocafort Metro and we were able to travel with ease to the beach, mountains and Las Ramblas with no trouble.

I struggled sleeping with the amount of traffic passing at all hours on the main road, being warm the windows had to be open. My nephew how ever had no issue so I've not lowered the score but thought I'd add that light sleepers may benefit from ear plugs from night one :)

Very clean. Easy to go to the metro. Supermarket and restaurants near by. Old epevator but it was ok for us and for the kids.

location and clean

This is a very comfortable, cozy apartment, perfect for our family of four. It had everything we needed, in a location that can't be beat-- well above the street in a nice neighborhood, close to the Metro, Placa Espanya and the Catalan Art Museum. (I've attached photos of the views along Carrer de Sepulveda, and of Mont Juic to the east, from the apartment window.)

The elevator was an experience, with room for only two at a time (and a capacity of 150 kg), which made getting us and our bags to the apartment a little slow. But I guess that may be typical for elevators in such apartment buildings.

This location was great, the place was nice and clean. The host was very nice and friendly.

This is in a great location. Espanya station, Montjuic and the fountains are close, as is Sants station for AVE trains. The local area is nice and it's 3 metro stops to the sea or 4 stops to Catalunya on the Metro. This is great value for money and there's plenty there if you want to cook. All was smooth with getting into the apartment.

The bedrooms got a little warm at night, but as there is aircon in the living room, opening the doors helped. It's a small point and have had same experience at many apartments. Glad it was warm and the price is great.

The property was very clean and the location was very perfect close to most tourists attractions by foot or by short ride by bus or the metro. The supermarket was literally downstairs.

Nice clean apartment. Patxi was very helpful and met us at the apartment for check in where he handed over the keys. Good location near Espanya. Metro station, shops and restaurants nearby.

The lift is tiny and very dated and can only squeeze in 2 people at a time! I didn’t had to pay extra for check in but checking in after 9 pm would make you fork out an extra 30 euros!

The bedrooms were very small, with small beds, you don't have to be tall so your feet would go out of the bed. Not so good looking as in the pictures. One of the bedroom had twin beds although when I booked the apartment was mentioned double beds. In one of the two bedrooms a bed smell came, probably from the bathroom and also bed smell at the trash after the check in. One towel and the sheets in one badroom had some dirty spots on them. No toilet paper reserves, we had to buy extra. The building facade was under renovation and the windows were blocked with racks.
