Only one bedroom was with nice view but cold in room

Soo many complains. 1.Heater doesn’t work 2.hot Water doesn’t work 3.in bed had hairs was not cleaned 4.kitchen not clean Called Booking assistance no respond Called Owner property no respond We booked for 2 days and this days was snowing a lot and about -5 degrees cold. My friend had a kid that were freezing . How we survived? Yes just drink hot teas and not open doors. We were not able to fix it at all Owner emailed me after we checked out wtf !!! Of course I won’t get my money back. Waste of money and would leave 0000 f* starts. This please should be in the BOOKing.

It was super close to stores and the ski resort.

It was a mess! Food and dirty animal hair all over the kitchen (cupboards, dishes), a disorganized mess of random items , broken utensils. Broken oven. Heater barely worked and not enough blankets. Dog poop all over the yard. Not ready at scheduled check in time.

Beautiful house, fully equipped kitchen, plenty of space, huge backyard with playground.

One room had a strong pee smell
