Great location in the centre of Dartmouth but still quiet! Comfy beds and well equipped.
No Welcome Pack, no artwork on the walls, no logs for the wood burner. We weren’t told about a free parking permit so ended up getting a parking fine!! No way of contacting the office directly… sadly a great property mismanaged.

stair gate… very difficult for 80 year olds to navigate wooden steep stairs and gate!

Perfect location & beautiful interior! We were so sad to leave
It was really hard to find out where to park (we parked in the permit car park and got ticketed). More info on this would have been very useful.
Also at the end of the stay we put the keys in the key safe, but were called to be told we should have given them to the holiday agents.
It was all very confusing but it didn’t ruin the holiday :)
