Great location in the lively Cenang Beach area. The room was comfortable and a decent size, and great service from the gentleman at the front desk ( the others were polite and helpful when needed, but not very welcoming). Very good bar on the first floor.

On one night, a humming sound from the electrical box was loud enough to disturb my sleep. The issue was addressed the following day.

The location is good and rental car could have free parking nearby. The place is clean, opposite is a mall although not big and with limited shops but it is good enough. Tour agents are available nearby, the beach is just in front so it is very convenient to get there to watch the fire watch during night time. Night market is within walking distance as well.

One of the rooms air-con is not so good but the hotel is very responsive to mitigate which is a good thing. The corridors are without air-con, hotel does not have its own restaurant for breakfast but it is still fine as there are a few breakfast places nearby due to its good location.

TV did not work properly. Shower low pressure and no proper wall to keep water out of toilet.

Great for a budget holiday. Bed was comfortable and the staff lovely. I booked the last room available with short notice. I was in a room with a view of the road from the balcony however there was no noise in the room once the door was closed which was great. Really quick at cleaning the room

Bathroom was a little bit dated but I didn’t mind that as it was clean. No pool which was a bit of a shame but then again the sea is right outside.

The place location is very nice located. Walking distance to Cenang Beach. The view for sea view room very close.

The location was perfect. The bed was ok. The shower was good. There was a balcony too overlooking the street. They had a desk which was good for work.

The room was small but fine for one person. The sheets and towels were stained. The cleaning could be better. The internet was very very slow, not suitable for working or watching movies.

Sehr gute Lage direkt gegenüber der Cenang Mall. Man befindet sich direkt im touristischen Zentrum. Hinter dem Hotel ist man innerhalb von 2 Gehminuten am Cenang Beach.

Uns hat es nicht gestört, aber durch die Lage ist es abends / nachts sehr laut. Unser Problem war: wir hatten das Gefühl die Bettdecken waren nicht gewechselt. Sehr viele ekelige Flecken auf Kopfkissen und Decken. Auch auf Handtüchern. Als wir darauf aufmerksam gemacht haben (nachts - wir haben vorher leider nicht alles kontrolliert ) , wurde uns zwar schnell durch den zuständigen Nachtwächter geholfen, die angerufen Chefs haben sich aber wenig verständnis voll gezeigt. Es wurde sich von oberer Ebene weder entschuldigt noch sonst was. Trotz gewechselter Laken mitten in der Nacht, haben wir weiteren Dreck/Verfärbungen/Flecken auf den "neuen" Laken gefunden. Der arme Nachtwächter musste 3x alles wechseln, bis wir keine Flecken mehr sehen konnten. Das war alles echt ekelig.
