We arrived about 12:30 am. Check in was quick and easy and the young man who helped us was friendly and efficient. The most spectacular service was from the Stefano, the chef. He introduced himself and went the extra mile to help us find what we needed. He was friendly and provided the best breakfast self service we’ve ever had at Fairfield Inn at Bradley.

Love the closeness to the airport. Love the gentleman in charge of Breakfast. He was friendly and with a great sense of humor.

Front desk was wonderful. Room and hotel really needs updating. Sheets were in bad shape. Chef was too personal about not feeling well and I was not comfortable eating his food.

The sheets were in terrible shape, they had black marks all over like they had been washed too many times and should be replaced

The room was very clean. Breakfast was amazing so many options to pick from. The staff all around was amazing but the two workers at breakfast were super friendly and went above and beyond to help.

The accommodation was clean and comfortable. Location to airport was great.
Staff were friendly. Grab and go breakfast bags for early departure to airport was perfect!

Checking was quick and easy. The young lady at the desk was pleasant and helpful. Wake up call and excellent to go breakfast and airport shuttle. Great!

The sink in the bathroom was stopped up and something brown coming up at of the drain. If that wasn't bad enough, there was a roach on my bed on the morning. I will not be staying at this hotel again

Indoor pool was nice. Room was extremely small, fire alarm in room went off at 2am and was told because we didn’t keep the room cool enough. Housekeeping every other day - nothing would dry like towels and had to constantly ask for them. Won’t stay here again

When i entered the room the window had been left open and there bugs and flies all over the room. I wasn't too impressed. Also there was a musty smell in the room carpet had been wet probably from the window being left open and rain may have cause wetness on the carpet to create smell.

Not enough hot water. No hair dryer in room however the bed was very comfortable. Overall not a bad place to stay.

The property was sufficient for a quick overnight stay near the airport before an early morning flight. The room was basic but overall clean and comfortable. The shuttle and parking worked well while we were away.

My biggest complaint is that the airport shuttle is a shared ride with a parking facility. It took 2 cycles of buses to get picked up and then multiple stops before the hotel.
My room was comfortable.
It’s walkable to several restaurants.

The temperature was freezing during my stay in March. Someone from the Front Desk came by and changed the thermostat from Auto to On. That was not effective. The temp fluctuated back and forth from what I set to extremely cold (like outside temp). I'm familiar with these fluctuations but not at the extreme alternative cold side. I had to wear my winter jacket in the room.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good. Easy parking. Quiet. Very short drive to airport. Safe.

Thank you - manager was helpful and considerate when we told him that our phone mistakenly rung two times at 3 a.m. in the morning - an error in wake up call scheduling.
