Nice hotel, very convenient for walking. Expensive breakfast (we didn't eat there). A bit noisy at times from traffic and footsteps in rooms above. Room was fairly large and comfortable. The staff was pleasant. A lot of construction on the water side of the hotel but it was not a problem.

We had a good stay. Room was comfortable and clean. A few more amenities would be appreciated Such as slippers. Shower cap. Soap dispenser in the shower. Other than that it was very good

Great location. Fabulous staff. Comfy beds etc in well appointed room. My only gripe was it was hot and the a/c didn’t work.

We loved the hotel’s location since we could walk everywhere. The staff was superb, particularly Felix in the restaurant. The boat tour was great too!

Always nice and good in Admiral Hotel and Breakfast is amazing.

Our only problem was a loud party being thrown on a yacht in front of the property. Thankfully the front desk dealt with it but it gives us pause when we think about returning to the Admiral. Otherwise our stay was great.

Stayed in the room with water views for three nights. Room was decent sized with comfortable bed and bathroom was clean with modern layout. We tried their breakfast once and weren’t impressed with the options and quality compared to similarly priced hotels we stayed during our trip. If you are tall watch out for low hanging beams. Location was excellent with walkable distances to shopping and dining

Understaffed in reception, renovation is making the place unattractive, and they checked me into a room (and gave me the key) to a room that had not been cleaned. All in all good that we are only here for 1 night.

Major construction. Back of the property (waterfront) is closed. Lots of noise and cover crowding at the front desk. Our room had been updated and was nice.

Hotel is close to everything! Room was nice. Service was hit and miss. Upon initial check-in(room wasn't ready which we understand we were early) employee didnt offer much assistance about getting to airport the next day..When we returned a different clerk was extremely friendly and set up a taxi for next day, just very accommodating compared to first clerk. Restaurant service was slow(staff was talking to one another and friends at bar instead of waiting on customers)and overpriced.

The smallest hotel room I've ever been in! We were not infirmed that the hotel was under renovation prior to arrival.

Best hotel ever

We have an Ok staying. Property is under construction/renovation so there are a lot outdoor areas closed. Room was ok for our family of 4, however sofa bed was uncomfortable and there is a steep staircase to get to the regular bed located in the loft. Also, there was a festival near by, so it was really hard to go to sleep. Breakfast buffet was ok, but very expensive (40 USD per person) - in my opinion not worth the price. Go explore the local restaurant with great breakfast options.

Great stay

Our trip started on a bad note - when the front desk woman knew we had booked thro Expedia! Despite availability of rooms she would not upgrade us / even though we are gold members. We felt booking thro to Expedia placed in a sub category! Our room was very small and I kept dinging my knee on the edge of the very hard wooden bed. Our trip was turned around the next day when a young man from the front desk came to our room to help with the TV. He was surprised with the size of the room and moved us to a larger room. He was so kind and thoughtful! He saved the rest of our trip 4 more nights! We wish front desk would have told us more about how well located the hotel was. We were half a block away from the palace and did not know that until the last day. When travelers arrive after a long trip orienting them is valuable.

Walking distance from the Nyhavn. Breakfast is excellent. The room converted from an warehouse looks elegant but a bit expensive for its size.

Good hotel. Location was very good with walkability to sites. Breakfast okay but would have expected more. We had the loft room, which had a nice view of the water. The sofa bed was not comfortable for the kids. Every night there was loud music being played by boats in the harbor, which we could hear even with the windows closed. Furthermore, of the first floor was undergoing renovation during our stay. Lastly, some of the staff and management seemed stressed and it showed in their interaction with patrons.

The location is good though its very expensive area and not easy finding places to eat that are cheap & local

Excellent customer service oriented and very knowledgeable and helpful front desk staff like we’ve not previously experienced at other than 5 star hotels.Our hotel room was lovely, well appointed and well designed for ease of accessibility. It’s a well-run and efficient hotel that is optimally located in a safe quiet neighborhood easily accessible to virtually all major sites via walking or the subway. We’ll stay at the Admiral Hotel again on our second visit to Copenhagen and give our family and friends a high recommendation to stay here.
