It was very clean beautiful and comfortable I really enjoyed my stay

There was only 1 working ice machine and it was on the first floor. Toilet paper holder was falling off the wall and when reported at the front desk He said that is happening in all the rooms. The vent fan in the shower did not work. Bedding was uncomfortable.

The first room we were assigned (#115) had a shower that had obviously not been cleaned. So I was my bed to room #215.
That shower had a glob of hair on the shower wall (photo available if you care to see it). Also, the ceiling in the main room was peeling. So gross.

Firstly, they let us check in around 11am which was great because I had a meeting at noon and my boyfriend needed somewhere to sit down and work remotely. They accommodated us with no issues at all, and the room was clean. A few odds and ends needed some attention. Closet door didn’t shut all the way and one of the outlets was kinda coming off (the casing anyways). But the staff was so friendly. I am horrible with names, but the very nice lady at the front desk would tell me good morning and checked in to see how the room was. I appreciated how kind she was and how light hearted the other staff is. The property as a whole is super nice; one of the nicest Laquinta’s I’ve seen. We stayed elsewhere for $ reasons for Friday and Saturday, but regret not paying $20ish more a night to continue staying there! Thanks again!

This is a dated hotel. Our first room had a backed up sink. The room phone did not work, no one answered the front desk phone when we called from our cell phone. We were moved to anothe room that was dust and smelled musty. The back external door did not lock for safety and the stairwell door was busted. Over all, i felt unsafe and that were weee in an inclean room.

The room was nice except the faucet in the bathroom was broken and so the water pressure from the bathroom sink was terrible. The ice machines were not working on the top three levels, which is not a big deal except we were on the top floor and there is only 1 elevator at the entire opposite end of the hotel, so let’s say it wasn’t convenient to get ice, especially if you were in your pajamas.

Positive: front desk changed our room from an outside motel type access to indoor.
Negative: Room was dirty and smelled musty. AC was noisy. Housekeeping did not clean the room. When I mentioned this to the front desk person, he insisted all rooms were clean and I was lying. Bummer. Won’t stay here again.

Great hotel. The check in was a bit confused as the clerk wrote the wrong room number on the key folder. After hauling all my stuff up to the fourth floor and finding that the key didn’t work I discovered that I had to go back down to the check in desk and start all over.

Almost everything in the room was broken or dirty. The phone was a prop, the WiFi wasn't working, light bulbs were out, the couches were stained and the front desk gave us the runaround for the entire time we were there. We were supposed to have a room with a tub - didn't then we were going to be moved to a room with better Wifi but it took until almost 5pm on the second day to do that which wasted the entire day of work for us. Were told there would be a discount because it was so terrible but there wasn't then were upset that I even asked for it.

I changed the hotel because this hotel has a pool. I arrived at the hotel to find out the pool was not available for use. there should have been a statement online letting guests know about it.

We walked into our room and there was musty smell. The carpet had not been vacuumed. The nightstand had food stains on it. In the restroom, there was a hole where the toilet paper holder had been pulled off.

First room was dirty second room the door had a big gap. the outside of the hotel has been updated looks very nice and appealing. the lobby and breakfast area is beautiful the rooms need lots of work! room rate was definitely affordable.

I liked the breakfast each morning and the cleanliness of the hotel. Staff were extremely nice. It was quiet. The only thing we did not like was the pool did not pass inspection and was not available. We booked the hotel specifically to have a pool available during our trip. Wish we were made aware beforehand and not after checking in.

This is a run down property, but convenient to TX Tech Campus. Had a lamp in our room that didn’t work, the toilet paper holder was hanging out of the wall, we had a bug in the bathtub and the pillows were terrible. We made it work for our short stay but wouldn’t go back.

The mattresses were filthy on the sides and underneath bedding. A bug was on one of our beds pillows. In shed to switch rooms. The plumbing didn’t work in the other room. We were only there for one night so I slept on top of blankets and made it work.

It was nice enough. It smelled a little musty. The room was nice and big. Bed was comfortable enough. It wasn’t good enough to give 5 stars but i would definitely stay here again if I needed to. My son was in Covenant hospital and the walk there was a little deserted And made me feel uncomfortable so I switched hotels to something closer halfway through the week.

This place was not what I was expecting, per se. I appreciate the price point of things but this won't be a place that I will be returning to. Upon arrival, I knew that this space may not be what I expected but when I opened the refrigerator in my hotel, there was a random package of steaks still in there. On my desk was a card that stated the hotel had been cleaned from top to bottom but that certainly wasn't the case.
