nice friendly staff, the bed was very comfortable, and the room had nice views. It was a little small, and right by the elevator, so it was noisy. The food was good. We had dinner and breakfast there. The pool was nice, but it needs to be cleaned. The chinese restaurant next door was excellent

I had a great experience staying at the Crown Plaza Managua. All of the staff were very service oriented and helpful. In fact, I left my Ray Ban’s in the pool area and the next day when I asked at the front desk about them, I was thrilled that they had been found and held by the staff. The room was nice and quiet and the housekeeping staff did a great job!

I appreciate the staff friendliness. I appreciate the dining options. I did not appreciate there was no laundry facilities. When your advertisement says laundry facilities, I was expecting a place to do your own laundry. Not laundry services provided by the hotel. That was NOT available on this particular day.

Clean, convenient and safe property for flying in and out of Managua. If you want to take in some sightseeing, the walk to the Laguna / Mirador is very much worth doing and is just behind the property. The area is also next to some military zone so it felt very safe walking around. There is a shopping center opposite to the hotel (not upscale). Taxi to the airport was $20 and took about 15 mins. Hotel staff was very helpful.

I was very disappointing of how deteriorated the hotel is now. I remember when the Intercontinental then was a nice & well kept hotel! Staff is a delight very friendly & courteous as quiet prompt! Staff is top notch but carpet in rooms were so dirty, bathroom quiet old & our shower head was awful. Although you may not need hot water during the day had to get ready quiet early & there was no hot water. It was nice & quiet and very convenient experience was good but building itself has been forgotten & in need of mayor renovation.

All through out my stay I couldn’t sleep due
To patty in the 9 th floor
Not only where they held at night but a couple of time during the day
So you can imagine “no rest”
My opinion is notifying your clients first before would help to pick room away ,not offering one day before you leave to move
Also my room was very nosy too

My dad is Nicaraguan and I always go on vacation, our vehicle broke down and we had to stay one night in Managua and we chose this hotel, it was a pleasant experience, comfortable, the staff very attentive and friendly. Delicious breakfast, close to everything.

It’s a good property but kind of outdated needs TLC, for the same price you can stay at better newer properties

Overall, it was a very good experience at this hotel. The staff attention and service was excellent. Also, the dining options on the property were very good.
The only cons were the limited parking and the fact that I considered my room to be small.
But other than that, everything else was great, and I look forward to staying here again in the future.

I had read other reviews on this property that mentioned the same thing. At check-in the room we booked and pre-paid for was not available. The lady at the reception was not accommodating, and we were stuck in one queen bed eventhough we had booked two full size bed room. I guess thats why you don't come to countries like Nicaragua. Complete scam.

Great room, private bathroom - strong water pressure. Only stayed one night before our flight to corn island. Can book a taxi at the front desk to the airport! Great restaurant in the hotel - food and service was great!
