Well-maintained property, close to all the Rockville shopping and restaurants, great beds, with a nice bar downstairs which was convenient for the end of a long day.

Decent price for a decent hotel, Prince at the main desk was very nice and helpful. Room was Nice. I did actually sprain my ankle coming off a curb to the side of the building that's unsafe. We ended up telling the management, they saw the concern, but didn't offer us any compensation, and not that I expected it or asked for it. Kind of ruined half of my trip in DC limping around. The only other thing I can say is that they need to get their ice machines working, two of them were broken. They offer free coffee but half the time it is lukewarm at best. The hallways above the first floor are completely freezing. Convenient to grab the Metro. It would be nice if they offer to shuttle service to the Metro. You can also visit the Rio center Gaithersburg. Plenty of restaurants and entertainment choices. Other areas with great restaurants as well as well as a few right next to the hotel. 45 minutes out from Washington DC by car or Metro. Besides the issues, yes I would stay there again.

Overall was OK great breakfast. The only problem that I had was with the fridge it was frozen and the pillows are extremely uncomfortable.

I booked a three-night weekend stay for my cousin. After the first night, she tripped on a curb outside the hotel on Saturday afternoon and broke her leg. She had to be hospitalized. The hotel sales manager, Kent Franklin, not only canceled the remaining two nights, but refunded the full cost of the one night she stayed at the hotel.

Overall very good, clean, comfortable and quiet but no working ice machines anywhere and breakfast isn’t included.

The lighting in the room is very poor, especially in the bathroom. The sheets had bloodstains on them. The accessibility room is not very accessible. It shouldn’t have a bathtub. The bath chair was helpful, but not much.

Elevator was out of order so we have to use the stairs. Shower head is not working and the staff didn't show the willingness to make it up.

The staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. The hotel is showing its age. It’s just not nice or comfortable in the rooms. Not the fault of the staff in any way.

The BWP has a super-friendly and helpful staff. The pool area was clean and well-maintained, as was the rest of the hotel. We had dinner one night in the restaurant and although the bartender was busy, he was very attentive to our family of five that sat in the middle of the restaurant. We stayed for a week and overall had a great experience!

Really enjoyed the pool. Our first room was very noisy from the highway. The queen size mattress was blown. Room did get upgraded by the phone wasn't working so had to keep going down to the front desk.

I was woken up at 4am by issues they were having with a fire alarm in the room across from mine there was loud talking from staff firemen etc it last over an hour. The next day at check out I wasn’t asked how my stay was no sorry nothing took my room card and that was it.

Large room. Comfortable. Updated shower. Staff friendly and helpful. Pillows are too small and not very comfortable. Soap bars are too small and too few, but staff readily provides more when asked. Overall a nice experience.

I come to DC area quiet frequently and I have been enjoying this hotel very much. The only thing I miss is the breakfast included. I hope you will consider this service again focussing in a variety of choices: fruits, carbs, and protein. Include choices for vegeterians with plain yogurt.
