Check in. I was third floor and then keys did not work. No free water bottle . I was told one thing at registration and then another qt check out. Made me go back and forth for assistance

Im sad rhis hotel was less superior than the Tracy hoitel. The air conditioner was loyd and kept me up. There was no kitchenette and no continental breKfast. I paid the same amount as I dud in tracy for less accomodations. Next visit i will stay in Tracy!

Our air conditioner wasn’t working - wouldn’t get cold. Glad we were able to open the window to get some fresh air. Also the sink in the bathroom wouldn’t drain .. even just brushing your teeth would clog the sink. I’ve stayed at many double tree hotels this was by the the worst.

The hotel was excellent. But, check in was complicated and I am still having issues with billing. My credit card and debit card is being double charged. The manager sent over a receipt, but it was not my room receipt.
As of today, this has not been resolved.

The beds were super comfortable and the hotel was in a great location. The rooms are dark and seem to be a little run down. The first room they gave us was being worked on so we got another room and it was ok. It did the job and we had a great time in Pleasanton.

The evening Staff and in particular, Mario was kind, friendly, accommodating and very professional. Very charismatic. Mario is the epitome of what all Hotel customer service or any public representative should be. Thank you Mario and Double Tree by Hilton Hotel Pleasanton.

Bed was very uncomfortable and my husband and I had a difficult time sleeping. My side felt dented in and pillows were overly soft. Just had a hard time finding comfort.

The a/c unit needs maintenance; the panel by the unit control was not attacher to the wall but just leaning against it. Coffee pot was gross. I had to give it a good wash before using.
Not much variety for breakfast. Restaurant staff was fantastic; front desk staff very friendly, but three weeks before incorrect information was given out. I asked about shuttle from BART and was told to call when I got off train, only to find out it wasn’t so.

For the most part my family and I really enjoyed our stay. We only had two issues with the hotel, one was the staff at check in were a bit rude. The second issue was the jacuzzi was not warm and the jets were not working.

The property and room were very clean and quiet. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and easy to reach. We also had a great experience in the dining area, where the service was above and beyond. The location is just minutes from Dublin and other areas. We definitely recommend the hotel and plan to return when we visit our near by family in the future.

Our stay at this hotel was OK. I had booked the room through Expedia so there was no charge for the room. When I got my credit card bill, there was a charge for $19.90 on it. I called and asked about the charge and was told that it was for internet usage. All we had was our phones and we used data. I told the hotel that we did not use their internet and certainly didn’t agree to any charges. The person I talked to said they would pass it onto the manager for an evaluation. He then called back a few hours later and said their internet was through a third party and there was nothing that they could do. This seems like a fraudulent charge by Double Tree. I wonder how many other get charged this amount on their credit card and don’t catch it. If you stay here, beware of what they charge you for.

Property is clean, attractive, and quiet. Landscaping is gorgeous. The staff was very friendly.

It was absolutely amazing,top service. From the front desk to the quality of service and room cleaniness....excellent. The manager made you feel welcomed,she made sure we were comfortable a weekend with my girls.

The water for bath was not hot. Had someone come and look at it and they said that the valve was going bad. He couldn’t repair. Offered to move us but by then it was late and already settled in. Also the lighting in the bathroom was very dim. You couldn’t see very clearly to get ready. Will not return
