I found it to be convenient to reach downtown by walking through the beautiful park - also convenient for reaching train- and bus terminals. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Beautiful hotel and property across all aspects - common areas, lobby, coffee relax area, the hotel rooms, the bar, restaurants. Definitely would stay here again!!

Need to add towels to the rooms... Not clean. Very old and poor standard in the room...

Absolutely terrible hotel. We checked in, went to the room, stayed ten minutes and left to find a different hotel, and this was at 9pm in the evening after driving all day. This hotel is in terrible condition. We booked a room on the top floor and it was like we checked into a college dorm room. Worn carpet tiles on the floor , fabric on the couch was worn Thru in the middle, paint was peeling everywhere. Hot room, no air conditioning . Door out onto balcony was warped , rusting and paint peeling . Bed mattress was so soft and cheap I would have woken up a cripple. I went down to the front desk and the feedback was simply “not what you were expecting “. ….. It’s only the second hotel I have ever walked out of in my life.

Modern, clean and comfortable. we stayed on 14th floor with the most fantastic view. We dined in the room and it worked great.

Great hotel, conveniently placed, nicely decorated clean rooms, fabulous views from the balcony, lovely breakfast.

Recommend finding another place to stay for the following reasons: 1. Noise. The windows are not sound proof making the noise from the nearby large road go right into the room. Don’t plan on sleeping good if you are using this hotel. 2. Sleep comfort. The beds are bad but the pillows are terrible and worn out. They even run a “pillow program” where you can choose your own pillow. Reality is that they don’t. Asked for other pillows but they either didn’t have them or didn’t replace the bad ones for other reasons. 3. Breakfast buffet. It’s a Corona nightmare and it is in no way protecting the guests from infecting each other. Sure, there is hand sanitizer and gloves but bread baskets and fruits and in big bowls that guests can cough into. 4. Elevators. This hotel has a design flaw. It needs to triple the elevator capacity, but it hasn’t. This means that sometimes you wait for 15 minutes for an elevator that has room (no kidding). Imagine how annoying this is at breakfast and check out rush hours. Sure, you can take the stairs (if you can find them - it’s a maze) but it’s a 16 story hotel and with luggage this is not an option.

We stayed on the 10th floor for 2 days, and in the hallway outside of our room there was a smell of old sewers, as if the installations are not maintained properly. The room was OK, though. Breakfast was served in a very large and noisy room with too many people, buffets were poorly maintained and corona- restrictions not respected in many cases. Despite booking time for breakfast, there was no table for us, and we had to wait for 15 minutes to get seated. A very noisy and stressful experience.Hotel location is 5-7 minutes walk from the station, but 20-25 minutes walk from the old town and many of the sights.

Just a lovely modern Scandinavian hotel. It was clean and had nice amenities. The hotel restaurant was also very good.

Very nice hotel in Aalborg. Lovely design of the rooms and especially lobby and bar area. Staff is very friendly. Good location if arriving by car. Some walking if using public transportation. Some points of improvement. Windows are old so some rooms are noisy (streetside) Many bathrooms are old. Unfortunately not an Expedia VIP-Access hotel anymore. Breakfast is delicious but always a shortage of staff in the breakfast room. And this is the first hotel ever in Denmark not to serve the typical delicious danish pastry at the weekend (only pancakes then). Akward !!

Clean nice hotel. Reception, restaurant, and bar staff all were very courteous and hospitable.
