Large, comfortable room with full kitchen! Right off of Rte. 1. Convenient location.
Unfortunately, it’s right next to Costco and the sounds of trucks doing early morning deliveries, and back-up beeping noises woke us up twice in the wee hours of the morning.

Great location. We were heading into Boston and different parts of New England on our one week stay. This hotel is in Danvers and was a perfect distance away from the city, not too far and not too close.
Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly. We got an upgraded room at no extra charge. It was a great stay and trip. Would totally stay here again.

I have no idea how this place is rated so high. It was absolutely atrocious. First and foremost, there is only one way to turn into the property which is very easy to miss and if you do, it adds 8 minutes to your drive. Second and probably most importantly, the rooms are exterior doors. This is such an important piece of information and I find it shocking that they neglect to point that out. Thankfully, I was traveling with my husband or I would have insisted on a refund. Finally, it was extremely old and run down. The lighting was dim at best. The carpet was worn almost completely through. There were rust stains in the tub. Quite frankly, this place was a complete dump. The only reason I gave one star is because it wouldn’t let me give 0.

The property is next to an abandoned restaurant behind a Costco parking lot so not very pretty area. There was also a homeless person hanging in the parking lot next door. Sign on room door advises you to keep doors and windows locked all the time for your "safety". The room was big and 2 floors which is nice, however, for a price point of $450 per night, this should have been a luxury resort, not a blah hotel in a crappy location. Was very disappointed.

All the amenities were nice. We stayed for 5 nights. The hot breakfast was good and offered different selections each day. After the 1st night the freezer quit working. We were given another ground floor suite right away. The room was comfortable enough for 3. The pool and outside courtyard seating area looked inviting. We would stay here again..
Things that might need to be addressed are:
1. Many nights there was not a parking spot near our section and my husband dropped us off near the door and had to find parking at the front of the motel. When walking back to our suite, he noticed that many cars parked near our unit did not have the registration paper in their windows. We wonderd if there were extra guests using the parking spots.
2. The toilet kept running and we needed to jiggle the handle or adjust the flapper inside.

We stay here every year when we visit family. As a family of 5 there is plenty of space. I love the bonus of having a kitchen so we are not eating out daily. It’s clean and quiet. My kids love the outdoor pool. And it’s an easy drive to everything

Excellent. Very clean and comfortable. Great staff. Full kitchen with everything you need. Large room with plenty of room for the family. Outdoor pool and recreation area were great. Lots of variety for breakfast. Wish our stay here was longer. Absolutely would stay again if in the area. Will look for this hotel in other areas as well.

Extremely friendly, helpful and courteous staff—front desk, management, housekeeping and maintenance. Everyone seems to love their jobs and it shows. I felt safe and very much at home, away from home. Their variety of delicious breakfast choices was a welcome surprise. I will definitely stay at this property again when visiting Danvers, MA.

Poor service room infested with flies refused to help gave us a can of fly spray killed 15 first night then more came the next day. Management told us so sorry.

We chose this hotel as the hotels closer/in Salem were much more expensive for less room features. If you have a car, you’ll be a nice 10 minute drive away from most of Salems activities. The room felt like staying at a studio apartment which we enjoyed. It was nice and roomy. Only thing I disliked was the bed and hot water. Bed was a bit stiff and you would need to crank the hot water on high to get a nice hot shower. Besides that, loved the experience here.
