Really quiet area and uniquely located near lots of shopping and dining restaurants.

The hotel was filthy!!!! Moldy, wet and smelled terrible. Housekeeping was very noisy going in and out of rooms that were being cleaned and ALWAYS letting the door slam with each entry or exit. No attention to detail, no care taken and saw a housekeeper walk past garbage on the floor. My friends and I picked it up. Disgusting hotel as well as many of the staff members.
Breakfast dining room lady was WONDERFUL, hard worker!

I was terrible. We specifically booked the hotel to use the pool and outdoor seating area after an all day car drive to attend my brother-in-law’s funeral. The funeral started at 1 pm. We got to the hotel at 1230 and had to wait at least 20-mins for anyone to show at the front desk which means we had to scramble and ended late at the funeral. Come to find out the pool is “under repair” and we can’t even use the outdoor sitting area to just get some air — we had to sit in the parking lot. When asked why it isn’t advertised that the pool area is closed they said it was on their website but it is not and it is not on Hotels.com either.
When we wanted to shower we noticed the shower doors were dirty and mold is growing inside the shower. Needless to say we didn’t shower. We were promised a gift card to remedy the inconvenience and I am still waiting.

We booked the stay because website indicated has a pool. Pool hasn’t been open for over a year. Also they never cleaned the Room . Tried to cancel reservation and stay. Tried to speak with hotel manager, but never got a call back. Planning to dispute charges on my credit card

I could write a list of what was wrong/dirty in our room and hotel, but for some reason we still enjoyed being there. Big thing I’d say is open your pool and create a beautiful outdoor space! It has wonderful potential, yet it’s sitting there derelict.

Web site shows outside pool. Selected this hotel because of the nice looking pool. Checked in to see the pool still had cover over it. Asked about it and was told they are renovating it. This is June 22!! Really??

Great experience. Clean, nice staff and comfortable. My room was close to the road and was able to hear traffic some. Other than that it is fine. There is also a parking fee that is charged in addition to the room.

Shower and sink didnt drain properly. Had to shower and take a bath at sane time. Interior is outdated. Corners of walls peeling and carpet chewed up. Ac is super loud. Toilet woke everyone up when flushed from being so loud. Not worth over $100 a night.

Large roaches showed up in our room after we did a check for bed bugs and other things. One of the desk staff tried to be helpful and understand but was quickly silenced by the other staffer. While the hotel appeared nice this experience was off-putting and I don’t recommend staying there until they get the roach problem under control.

There is nothing outstanding to say about this hotel. the lobby was clean but dreary. In the room, the carpet was black and brown and again dreary. There was nothing cheery about the hotel. Inside the room, the bed was lumpy and very uncomfortable.
I was disappointed in the breakfast, since there was limited hot items and those available were egg fratatta with hot peppers inside and the sausage was also spicy. However, there were other cold items available and coffee and tea were available in the lobby all day and the staff were pleasant and helpful. I
I'd say a little more attention to detail in the hotel would improve it.

Restaurant a mess. Floors covered with spilt food and drink. No one could be seen making in effort to clean the premises. Doesn't seem like there's much pride in its appearance.

We have stayed here before and this stay was the best. More breakfast options. The room was very cozy and clean. Staff was kind and professional. Very pleased.

The room had a hair dryer that was covered in something like hairspray and sticky. We let the front desk know, they told us they'd replace it, but didn't (we stayed 2 more days). The room was smaller than used when staying in similar accommodations.
On the positive side, the front desk was very courteous in every interaction during the trip.

I arrived at 22 and there was no one at the front desk. I waited for 15 minutes and left the place. There was no contact option (bell). The group sat in the lobby felt uncomfortable for me.

It was my first trip with my dog. I was anxious about the accommodations, but the room was very clean. My only comment would be my room as across the hall from Housekeeping; the Housekeeping department door was left open. And as it was the holidays the members greeted each other joyously - but early in the morning. :)

I checked in later in the evening and at first, the room appeared clean however, in the morning I noticed two small bugs in the bathroom. The following day there was a bug crawling on my shoe in the bedroom.
I had to press the button very hard and multiple times on the TV remote in order to change the channel. The coffee maker did not have the filter basket so I wasn't able to use it. The bed was comfortable, plenty of outlets in the room and great lighting.
I went downstairs Sunday morning at 6:15 a.m. to get coffee. Both urns were full but the coffee was very cold as if it had been made the day prior yet breakfast had started at 6:00 a.m. I went back to the room and returned at 6:40 and the urns were gone. I returned at 7:00, but still no coffee. It was finally being brought out of the kitchen area at 7:10. Very disappointing especially since it was Sunday morning and the place was busy. On Monday morning, the coffee was lukewarm again disappointing.
Breakfast options are good. I've stayed in this hotel a few times and this was the first time I've had issues.

Smelled like a sewage issue all throughout the hotel. Water wouldn’t drain from the shower. Super gross, don’t book here.

TV didn't work properly: had to turn it on by switch on TV, couldn't turn it off except by unplugging. Bathtub stopper didn't work. Shower turn-on switch worked but filled the tub too. Towel rack fell off wall. Elevator control button didn't work properly.

The Pool was out of Service. The Hot water took 30 minutes to come through. Staff was useless. The a/c you couldn’t turn down but shut off in middle of the night. The carpet was sticky on your Flip Flops. The elevator was disgusting not cleaned. The vent in bathroom looked Moldy. The floor in the buffet was sticky floors dirty. The Orange juice tasted rancid. Absolutely STAY AWAY. No where near $160 a night. I was sickened at the thought of having to stay here. Never Ever Again! I thought Hampton Inn was a upscale chain, well not this location at All. Management should be embarrassed and above All the CEO or President of this location needs to pay a visit. I’m definitely Bot impressed and I will Never stay at a Hampton Inn again!

Our only issue was upon checkout we had been 7.74 on our credit card . We were told by the front desk person it was a fee that was charged to each room to maintain the parking lot . We were like …>what. My sister and I both asked for the charge to be removed by the manager . We were told it’s in print somewhere on the website . That my be true , but who reads every little item of the book that’s on a site . If the hotel needs parking maintenance money , it should be included in the hotel fee and not appear as a ridiculous chrge at checkout .
