The property requires significant updates. The online pictures were deceiving. The customer service was excellent, and the kids loved the pool. It wasn't terrible, but considering the price I paid, I expected better. Oh, and the hot tub is out of order.

Room was nice and comfortable. However, not offering free coffee is a little problem. I rarely spend money on Starbucks and I surely do not want to wake at 6:30, go downstairs for coffee and be told there was a price to it. Circle K has great coffee two blocks down the frontage road. A quick u-turn and you are back at the hotel. Large cup of coffee, $1.59. This is a fail for Marriot.

We checked in and put our bags in the room then left to get dinner. When we came back we noticed the do not disturb sign on the floor to our room and the room door open. We let the front desk know and they said they couldn’t do anything about it because they didn’t have cameras and the manager wouldn’t be in until tomorrow. The next morning we were woken up at 7 by someone banging on the door, it was the house keeper seeing if anyone was in the room to clean even though check out wasn’t until noon. the manager wasn’t there when we left and we didn’t get an explanation of why our room door was open.

Hotel and room was very clean, the pool was nice it is just shy of 4 feet deep which is perfect if you have children. Great location on the South loop. Only downside is that this hotel does serve breakfast but it is not included with the price of the room, you must purchase breakfast separately.

Kind of no frills. Didn’t realize no one would be coming to clean the room during the day. It wasn’t bad for a quick trip with very little time in the room. I did have a special request made online for a room near the elevator and they put me second to the last furthest away from it!

Outstanding stay. Good location on the Lubbock South loop, with restaurants within easy walking distance. Superb staff. Fair price, and clean, quiet room. Would stay there again.

Breakfast! Paid $10 for breakfast. A second cup of coffee was not included. Only one drink included so choice of juice or coffee or tea but not juice and hot drink. Rip off. I've decided not to stay in a Marriott again.

Hot tube does NOT work and hasnt for a while. The website does not state this, it should be put in there. Ine of the main reason we got this room was the pics of pool and hot tub just to get there amd find out we cant use it.
Other than that. Room was pretty good, beds a bit hard bit otherwise comfy.

The staff at this establishment were phenomenal, from the front desk to housekeeping. They all went over and beyond to ensure we had a great experience during our stay. Mariah and Ethan were outstanding from the moment we walked in and were extremely accommodating. I cannot stress enough at how amazing the staff are and how well they do their job.

There were birds all over the balcony with bird poo. The dresser drawers wouldn’t stay closed. The as didn’t work. The mattress was dirty. Will not stay there again.

This was an extremely nice hotel. Very quiet, clean, very comfortable beds and convenient to several big restaurant's from Outback Steakouse to Jaaon's Deli right in their own parking lot! It has a Starbucks inside with a full bar and deli type restaurant. This will always be our go to when in Lubbock.

I was so disappointed that they don’t have complimentary coffee in lobby. How difficult would that be to offer coffee - everyone has complimentary coffee to grab and go as you leave! We didn’t have time to stand in line at their breakfast bar to buy coffee and had already used the tiny single serve coffee maker in the room.

Pigeons have infested the balconies and we were unable to open our sliding patio doors.
The hot tube was not working and the TV channels were under repair and only a few stations were available.
