Made reservation online and room was ready when we arrived within an hour. Room was very clean and comfortable. Slept well without noise from other rooms and we were right across from the elevator. The free breakfast was very good compared to other hotels — delicious Mexican omelettes, sausage, cinnamon rolls, yogurt, juice, coffee, cereal, pancakes, chocolate milk and more!

Clean, comfortable. Easy to find but its right by the highway, so a bit noisy. It didnt keep me awake though. Lobby is amazing. Really fancy and new looking. Beds were comfy and clean. Bathrooms dont have vents so gets pretty steamy. Very nice place. No hot tub but they do have a heated indoor pool. Good place to stay.

We stayed just traveling through and it was a perfect stopping point. Front desk was really nice. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Just what we needed.

Stayed previously and it is always a fine place to stay. This time Room 204 seemed to have either an air conditioner issue or bathroom exhaust fan issue. Room was very humid, no bathroom exhaust fan, either doesn't exist or was not running. Room itself seemed not to cool to temperature set on AC, or possibly it was malfunctioning and not pulling the humidity out of the air.

Breakfast was good even though we were there 10 mins b4 close. Staff was great. The problem was interstate noise and the side of the hotel that our room was on. Recommend booking directly with IHG and not thru Expedia. Ask for a room away from the Interstate. It was like trucks driving thru our room all night.

Booked a jacuzzi room and it was gross. The tub is cracked and dirty and the cleanliness of the room was subpar as well. Waste of $200 and will never stay here again.

The whole reason we went there was to swim. It sucked because they were closed. The lady said, closed for maintenance or cleaning, but also said she didn't really know. And the key cards to your room can be magnetically erased. I had to go to the front desk twice to have them fixed or get new ones. I talked to another customer about the pool they said it was closed in December of last year when they went too when that's the whole reason they went as well. Wasting their money in a inside pool that's closed but says it is not on their website.

Area around this hotel feels very safe. We walked across the parking lot to grab food at KFC/Taco Bell. Also a Waffle House and a Seven 11 within walking distance. Place is clean and front desk staff are very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was typical. One issue I had was they offer packets of instant oatmeal at breakfast, but there is no microwave to cook it. Seemed strange to me.
