Room was lovely, air conditioning is loud and bathroom fittings were all a bit wobbly but overall room was clean and tidy.
Restaurant is next door and is a cafe open to public which meant when we’d checked out there wasn’t anywhere we could just hang out. The roof terrace is nice (bar is expensive), couldn’t be provided any shade as it was too windy (but very hot).

We stayed at Nassau Suites for two nights after arriving from our cruise. The stay here was an absolute treat -- Kimberley and Mercedez were so welcoming during our check in process, even though we arrived early at the property, our room was ready to go! We stayed in the Deluxe King and the room is MASSIVE! Comes with a little ktichenette, a sitting area and a very comfy bed. The Pool on the rooftop is amazing, very clean and gives amazing views of downtown Miami during sunsets.
Location is amazing if you're looking for beach access 5 minutes away by foot (BEACH WAS AMAZING TOO!) and walking distance to the iconic Oceans Drive which has plenty of bars and food options. If you're looking to mostly do things in Brickell and Bal Harbour consider staying there since it is an Uber drive away (25-30 mins).
Whoever is running Nassau knows what they are doing and we wish them the best! Keep up the good work, and bravo to the staff once again.

This is a beautiful hotel! The staff were super helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. It is close to the beach and the hotel provides beach chairs, towels and umbrellas. They kept our luggage for us and provided access to the rooftop pool before our room was ready. We will definitely book there again.

Greeted with enthusiasm and genuine welcome. Questions were answered with true effort, even to the point of researching online for us. The lobby always smelled WONDERFUL when you walk in. Someone always opening the door for you. The availability of rain umbrellas, beach chairs and umbrellas :). Room was spacious and excepetionally clean. Housekeeping was super friendly and always willing to help. A beautiful boutique hotel, all around great stay!!

As other reviewers have stated, the level of attentiveness and respect from the staff is noteworthy. My family stayed in Miami to visit the national parks nearby and we thoroughly enjoyed coming back to this resort. It felt like a different world once we stepped into the gorgeous air conditioned lobby, the smiling faces of all at the front desk, and especially at the roof top pool. We walked to the beach for one day and spent half the day swimming and lounging. The restaurants nearby that you must checkout are La Sandwicherie and Lifeguard. Both are not even a block away from Nassau. If we ever find ourselves back in Miami, this is the only place I will stay.

AC didnt work in the room that was nice had to be switched to a lesser room. The outside area left doubts about safety, very urban south beach area. Hotel itself was nice and so was the staff.

We had a few issues with our room but they fixed each of them immediately. Staff was excellent: always opening the door for us coming and going. Very, very nice staff.

The hotel is very convenient for sure. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Not a large hotel, room is small and not very luxury for the price that you paid but it was good enough for three nights while attending meetings.

Bed and shower were nice, loved the espresso machine in the room. Disappointed with lack of parking options, but that is part of South Beach I guess. Luggage storage was helpful and staff friendly.

I arrived after midnight on Thursday 5/23/24. Eddy was so kind to grant me a courtesy early check-in. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and looks in person exactly how it is advertised online. Very clean!
Prime location and everything was with in walking distance (beach about 5 minutes away). Sandwich restaurant (best sandwiches I’ve had) was just around the corner, and a 24hr Walgreens next door.
My 2 queen bed suite looked brand new, especially the bathroom. The rooftop lounge and pool was amazing and a perfect spot to watch the air show that was going on Fri-Sun.
The Blue Lavender restaurant is beautiful (I’m all about aesthetics); however, the food was bland, very healthy (organic), but extremely bland. The smoothies were good though.
Overall, I’d highly recommend Nassau Suite South Beach and do plan to return in the near future. Thanks again Eddy for your exceptional customer service and for ensuring a superb stay!

Didn’t like cleaning of the maids. If the pillow case was dirty they wouldn’t change it. Just turn it over. Our table had water marks on it for days we ended up wiping it down. Apart from the maids. Staff service was friendly

Nice newly renovated property. Pleasant roof top pool. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Good location on south beach easily walkable to beach and ocean drive. Tasty breakfast available as add on at blue lavender cafe immediately next door. We had a lovely stay and would return if back in Miami Beach.

Loved the Nassau Suites. The property is modern and very clean. The staff is helpful without being overbearing. The location is central to the beach, dining and activities. It's a great place to stay if you just want the beach. If you want to go into Miami the traffic is tough. So, I recommend the water taxi.
