Hotel was very dirty and bathtub in room was leaking and the tub was peeling. Unable to turn light on in the bathroom without having strong mildew smell. Breakfast had a cereal choice and bread, the apple juice was very foamy and had a strange smell

The room door dragged and would not shut without being pulled or pushed hard. There was only one light in the room, a floor lamp clear across the room from the bed, no bedside tables and nothing connected to the switch just inside the door. Furniture was falling apart, especially one bedside table, which was leaning because the particle board it was made of had gotten wet and disintegrated. I got to breakfast (offered from 6-9 am) around 8 and there was almost nothing available, just a few slices of bread and a couple bagels. People were still coming in wanting to eat but there wasn't anything for them.
Since I was only staying one night and trying not to spend too much, I put up with it, but I will have to look for something better next time.
I have stayed at Super 8s all over the country for years, but I must say they have gone way downhill over the last few years.

Room was great, bed super comfy. Nicer decor then most lower priced hotels. Tub didnt drain well but and bathroom floor wasnt swept well but overall; it was avgreat, quiet weekend. And they offer breakfast. I was amazed at how quiet it actually was being right next tonthe interstate and 2 truck stops. I will book again. Good value.

This hotel was very clean and we enjoyed our stay. At the counter were very helpful. It was nice having the casino across the way. This was easy to get to 80 as we were traveling and just needed a hotel for the night.

I am a animal lover!!!! That being said my main hallway to my room smelled like animal urine. Other than that a great place to stay on a bidget

Positive: First floor access was very helpful for accessibility access from the side door. That was great!
Negatives: Otherwise, our TV didn't work, had problems with WIFI security so I coudn't access it. Breakfast has very limited options, not like the typical Super8 breakfast we are accustomed to. The bed covers were damaged and not clean.

Room was just okay, people living there and blocking stairwells. Room numbers in halls not clearly marked. Door to our room needed repaired. Bathroom door had duct tape holding the bottom together. Hallway had a very strong odor.

We pulled in to the parking lot and the first thing we noticed was how run down and ghetto looking this place was, the screens on almost all the windows looked as if they had been ripped out and without even trying to bend the frames back to original position they just threw them back on the windows, the place looked honestly scary so we cancelled our room, was not about to have my kids in that kind of place. Completly unsafe looking, I was told I would receive a full refend.Still showing on my card for the charge.

First room, AC not working, whole outlet was loose. Switched rooms, it had hairs in tub and floor in bathroom. Bottom of toilet was filthy, light in bathroom went off and on every few minutes.

When we arrived the place looked a bit sketchy- people hanging around the entrance & not sure if tgey were hotel guests or not- it generally looked run down & dirty. The clerk was helpful which was the only positive. We ended up not staying & booked into another hotel downtown Omaha

We arrived at the hotel and it was very run down and not clean. When we went into the room and turned back the bed covers, they were filthy and stained. We left at that time and went to the Comfort Inn down the road. The manager will not return our calls or refund our money. DO NOT STAY HERE!

It was cheap but you get less than you pay for. I felt like I was staying in a homeless shelter and a poorly maintained one. The carpets were filthy. The headboard on one of our beds had fallen off the wall. The refrigerator made a nasty squealing noise so we couldn't use it. The handle fell off the sink facet and the cabinet around the sink was badly water damaged. It was rotting.

Floors looked like they weren't vacuumed, the handle on the faucet fell off every time I went to turn it on, the tub wouldn't hold water, the faucet in the shower/tubs dropped, no Kleenexes, no cups, comforter was spoiled like it's never been washed, no cabinet doors on the vanity in the bathroom, toilet seat kept loosening up.

The front desk staff were friendly and greeted us each time we entered or left the hotel & the shower was good - hot water and pressure was good. Those were the positives but the hotel is old and in need of some maintenance and updates. There was a bad smell in the hallways, the carpet was worn and stained, small a/c window unit in the room that was loud, & the sink handle came off when I went to turn the water on. I booked this hotel in a hurry and didn’t take the time to read reviews. I’ll be more careful next time for sure!

Perhaps THE worst hotel that we have ever stayed in. First, there was NO ELEVATOR in an odd split-level multi-story hotel building!
There were questionable stains on the room wall and on a lampshade. The corners of both the room and especially the bathroom had not been touched by a broom or vacuum in quite some time.
No daily cleaning of room and we had to ask for new towels every day. They acted like it was weird for us asking for towels each evening.
One afternoon, there were two guys smoking out of a glass pipe out front as we pulled in. Two nights in a row, there were random people sleeping in their cars as we returned to this location. Two mornings there were people on the side and behind the building either asleep, passed out or strung out! Very concerning, but rooms in town were very hard to come by, so we could not leave!

I had to deep clean my own room. But compared to the last motel this was a 10/10. I was comfortable , felt safe , friendly staff & I love the floor layout.

The front desk person put in very little effort to be friendly. The room had a very strong unpleasant odor, the tub was peeling, people hanging outside the lobby door smoking cigarettes, trash outside rooms in the hallway and the metal rug clamp literally peeling up causing a safety hazard for the wheelchair ramp. The building was overall unclean.

It was a no smoking room and it smelled of cigarretes all the time . A dog barking next door . TV not working.

The place was a dump. Bathroom was filthy walls in the room were dirty. They advertised a free breakfast. The breakfast was one or two choices of cereal and there was approximately four pieces of white bread in a container on the counter. Super eight should pay people to stay there.
