Our stay at the Miri Marriott was wonderful. Had a very relaxing time and the food was great.
A special mentioned to Mr Roy Abraham who was very kind and helpful.
Also, at the poolside, Mr Dave
Benjamin, Mr Harry ( not sure of his surname) and Mr Ron McKenzie have been very courteous and provided good service

The best thing about the Hotel is the pool. Staffs service is average in term of friendliness. Room is clean. Balcony chairs with birds and house lizards droppings.

Staffs are very courtesy and friendly. They are willingly to assist customer's check-in or check-out arrangement. They are very helpful to introduce the surrounding area.

Pool is fantastic and service is great, but the drinks have no sugar and the alcohol seem to be wrong in taste, really bad. Rooms are good, clean and new. There is sadly no beach in front of the hotel, but you can walk to a "worn out" beachfront in 10 minutes, trashed by flooding, where swimming is not allowed due to currents! Take a daytrip south to get to nicer beaches.

This Miri Marriott and its sister property Mulu Marriott in Borneo, is fabulous. I injured my leg and they were so attentive without me asking for any assistance, I was pleasantly astounded! The people were just amazing, the service was impeccable, the facilities gorgeous, everything and everyone was very efficient without losing the caring aspect, and total quality service that exceeded my expectations. Thank you and thank you again.

Food beyond expensive and almost not inedible.
The pillows were so hard and flat it was better to sleep without them.
Very very disappointment given the amount of money that was spent.
A lot of spa treatments that was advertised were not available this was also the case for drinks at the bar.
Would not stay again nor recommend.

The room was big and nice. The pool was fantastic.
Overall the hotel needs an uplift of their rooms, facilities and improvement on their cleanliness. Please remove the cats, so many stray cats around the poperty.

Well done to the housekeeping team. Did their job brilliantly. Premier room comes with 2 queen size bed which is good for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids.

Aircond was not cool and housekeeping took all our towels and didn't replace them. We waited more than an hour for them to send it again.

Comfort hotel to stay, just a bit jem on my check in because fully booking. I book 2 room but just can have 1 room n waiting around 1 hour to wait for another room.

Understaff, in-room dining is relatively slow. We have to wait for at least 1hour plus to get our meal done. Entirely run down, and the garden landscaping seems like no maintenance had been done for quite a while. The water heater is not working. The maintenance team has told me, only one boiler is available, and the hotel is fully booked on the weekend. No point to have a bathtub if the water heater is not working, so no me-time for my wife. Quite disappointed. On the good side, the bellboy is very friendly, and the swimming pool is very spacious.

We complained they just give us spray to remove the smell but we have to do it ourselves! It’s a 5 star hotel should give us better service than this!

Great location and room is very cozy. Disappointed with dinner as seafood marinara pasta was served plain with pasta only, completely reverse of description on the menu with prawns, mussels, etc etc.

Old property. Room 1000 is with mold growth,bad smell. Smelly room. Smelly bedsheets and pillow cases. Fromt office collected RM1,200.00 as deposit and failed to refund 3 days later after checked out. Will not go for 2nd visit.
