The room was an hour late. The handicap shower seat was not level. Causing me to slip off and hurt my amputated leg. Thos is unacceptable!

The first room assigned, the AC did not work and had a bad for. It was 82 degrees when we entered. The second room, my mom woke up to bites all over her body. We inspected the roll out bed and noticed big bugs. The third room, our bathroom door would not close all the way.

We always stay at the Residence Inn when we're in Phoenix visiting our kids. We love the accomodations, staff, area, all of it!!! Excellent service!!!

We got there not long after their check-in after being in 112° weather all day so it was great to cool off. The bed was very comfortable. The road noise was pretty bad outside but the breakfast and coffee were really good in the morning.

Customer service was on par and something you don’t see much anymore. Every time I saw an employee they were smiling and always greeted!

The gym needs upgrade. There was a noise that sounds like an AC from outside, not the one in our unit. It took me a while to fall asleep due to the said noise. Otherwise our stay was okay. I would go back again.

Breakfast great, property facilities pretty good. The hotel is a older but clean. The pull out couch bed is very very uncomfortable, you can feel the springs. Lots of shopping and restaurants walking distance. Parking fee should be included in the price as this hotel is comparable to other hotels in the area and they offer free parking.

The rooms were spacious and had a full refrigerator. The hotel is located conveniently near shopping, restaurants and the highway. It also has a heated pool.

I loved the location. However, the finishings in the unit are either old, broken or worn out. The living room tv is smaller than the bedroom, the couch is stained and not like a modern comfy piece like I’d expect. I know I’ve said all this, but I still did enjoy my stay. I’ve paid less to stay at way better suites in LA County.

The lady that checked me in was great! However later that night the lady at the front desk didn’t have great customer service. I asked for an extra blanket and she told me to go get it at the front desk since I was around the corner. It was late and we were all already in our Jammie’s. For the price of the hotel, I would have thought the customer service and cleanliness of the room would have been better.

The room was dirty, counters & fridge dirty with fingerprints on almost all surfaces. The shower didn’t drain so dirty water would back up & shower curtain was gross. The cover on the bed was dirty with what looked like makeup stain.

This is a lovely hotel with wonderful staff and very nice rooms. Every morning a fresh breakfast was laid out with many great options. The location of the hotel is directly across from the beautiful mall and other great stores. The entire facility is clean and has beautiful grounds. I will be staying here again.

Nice front desk staff and decent breakfast. The room needs attention. Multiply towel racks falling off the wall and no covering on electrical box for the stove which left exposed wires my kids could get to.

The room we stayed in smelled of what we think was a cleaner? The smell did not leave the room even after opening the windows and turning on the ac.
While checking out we were told there is a $15 per night parking fee, we where not told of this fee on expida nor while checking in.

I like the quiet atmosphere.
Good breakfast items with pleasant staff.
The early and late check out option was a great benefit was allowed early check at 11am when arrived from Airport and allowed late chech out at 2PM as our flight was a late one leaving at 6:40PM really helped.
Load air conditioning took some getting used to.
The vent on outside of air conditioner had quite allot of bird droppings not very santitary.
The room 126 we were in had no view face a cement wall and the the bird droppings which were all over the ground and airconditioner vent,

Front desk staff were not genuinely interested in conversations. Just doing a job. Or, could it be that they judge on appearance. Too old or unattractive to be worth listening to?

A great temporary solution while waiting for our apartment to be ready. The kitchen was especially nice. The staff were great!

Dont stay here. The staff is rude. The manager she is very unwelcomling . They over charged me with a fruad charge had to get another card toilet was broken place is old and out dated. For the price you can stay at the hilton down the street for way better.
