MARRIOTT IS A GOOD NAME SO I THOUGHT THE HOTEL WOULD BE NICE. VERY WORN AND DATED. DISAPPOINTING WILL NOT BOOK AGAIN

I did not like that they didn't accept cash... Total crap..we would have ate there and bought more things if they took cash.. also our refrigerator did not chill and we had no hot water

This must have been a different brand of hotel before it was a doubletree. Not up to the Doubletree standards at all. Staff only acknowledged you if you said something first,
Room was very basic, bedsheets kept coming off bed,
If this had been my first time at a Doubletree I'd not stay in one again, it just happens to be the worst of many I've stayed in.

Average place to stay. Facility could use some repairs. Ceilings looked like had bubbled water damage in areas. Fan in our bathroom didn't work, air conditioner made loud noises all night long. Area itself has limited food options past 10. Hotel was average at best.

I had difficulty with check-In, my name was not on the system, I was on hold for 45mns before somebody answer the phone to straighten out the problem, this is not acceptable.

The room was nice and the workers were also nice. However, they claimed my reservation was cancelled when we arrived. Luckily they had a room and were able to reinstate it but I have no idea how this happened. Also, Housekeeping never came until I asked them to come.

Nice property convenient to shopping and interstate. At check-in they did not recognize the added breakfast option that I booked through Expedia, but the problem was corrected quickly when I showed them the reservation details on the Expedia app. They stated that this was a common problem when booking through a third party.

The front desk staff were very professional and welcoming. They should be commended for their lway with people, as it seems they take pride in their job and enjoy being here.
The room itself is also lovely, and perfectly quiet.

The expectation was not met. For what we paid we could have stayed at a much nicer place. The food we got for breakfast was terrible. The location was good. I will not hstay again. I booked this property blindly.

Our room was clean and bigger than expected. There was a wedding the night of our stay, and our room was quiet. The pool and hot tub were a really nice bonus to our stay.

The hotel was very comfortable, room was very spacious. The lighting in the room could have been better, however. The hotel's cafe was understaffed - waiting in line 15 minutes attempting to place an order ended up being not worth the wait. I went elsewhere for breakfast.

The front desk were so nice and friendly. The hotel was just a stop on a longer journey for us, so we didn't do much in the town (outside of relax). but the hotel was very nice and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again if passing through town.
