I arrived late at night and found this hotel in a nice area with several other hotels nearby. Check in was quick and easy. Room was clean and comfortable. It served my purpose very well for a quick one night stay.

The hotel was located in a convenient and safe area off the turnpike. It was somewhat dated, but very comfortable and clean. It would get a higher rating if they had free breakfast. I would stay here again.

I extended my stay for 1 night for. Business trip, about an hour after I extended it I got an unexpected call for an emergency and had to leave. I spoke with the hotel and they said to contact the third party I had booked with and after the third party callled them they refused to refund my money. My official check in wasn’t until 4 this was 10 am. They hadn’t even cleaned my room or anything they could have made an exception. The room itself was ok, the refrigerator is extremely small (this was my assessment prior to them not canceling).

People at desk did not know what they were doing. They charged my hotels.com price then also charged the hotels regular price which was over twice what the original hotel.com price and only refunded the hotel.com price.

The bathroom could have been cleaner. The bathtub/shower had a dirty shower curtain and mold on the soap tray and culking.The wall by the bed had something smeared on it. The staff were friendly and the bed was clean.

Staff wasn’t very friendly. There was no coffee available for breakfast. Pool was t filled with water. Room was fairly clean. We just stayed for a night, so it didn’t bother us much, but if we were on vacation there it would have been a less than desirable visit.

Our car broke down so I never made it there yet was still charged. It was too far to be towed there

The room was extremely clean but on the patio there was cigarette buts and broken glass. There was coffee in the room but no cups to put it in. Says there is a bar and breakfast available and coffee available. There was not any. The pool was broke along with the ice machine. The women were rude about the cups when I asked for one.

My hotel room had a musty smell, there were visible cobwebs in the bathroom, and the shower/bath tub was in terrible condition. This was not the most clean or comfortable experience. They do have great customer service though, but I'm sure you can lay a little more and stay somewhere nicer.

Hotel fairly new. Room well appointed. Fitness Center well equipped. However do not recommend this hotel. The front desk staff were rude and unprofessional. Check-in was not a warm, friendly experience as the clerk seemed upset she had to check us in. At check-out, a hotel worker had to call for the front desk clerk to come out. When she did reluctantly, she scowled at me when I asked for a copy of my receipt. Then took quite a while to provide it. These are not the kind of employees who should be working the front desk of any hotel.
Additionally, there was no hot water when I tried to take a shower in the morning. At best, it could be called tepid. When I mentioned this to the check-out clerk, she responded that it just took a long time for the water to warm up. Funny thing, I was in the shower for about 10 min and the water never warmed up.

Great as always. Travel from Florida to Rocky Mount once a month. This is the ONLY hotel I’ll stay at.

We were there for 2 nights and our room was not cleaned or towels refreshed during our stay. We had to go to the front desk to get fresh towels. I have never stayed at a hotel where the rooms were not cleaned daily!

The hotel needs some updating. Vanity outside of bathroom, no soap …coffee pot missing the basket you put the coffee pod in. My husband went downstairs to tell your representative and make sure it was noted. He went to coffee station and the coffee was not even warm!!! I’ve stayed there before but this time disappointed!!!
However, your nighttime agent I think name was Amanda was very pleasant and helpful, she was a great hire.

The rooms were very clean but the bathrooms are very old and need major updating. I love the area. There were so many restaurants close by as well as other hotels. The walls are very thin. I could hear people talking as they walked down the hallway.
