Really lovely owners and staff. The food was delicious and very attentive. The room is older but was fine except for the shower over the bath. Perhaps I should have asked for a room with a shower only. I will next time in Queenstown.

This property is very tired and stuck in the 1980s. Clearly no money to update any aspects of the property. The restaurant serves reasonable food even though they forgot our order on the 2nd night. There was no daily service which was not told to us on check in and for the price should be included. They did provide us additional towels on request. Unfortunately this property is indicative of the whole town.

Clean and tidy, however accomodation was quite dated. Lots of dark timber which could be easily updated by painting white. Hard to find buttons to flush toilet …

I couldn't fault the service, friendliness and helpfulness at the motel. Despite the facility being a bit older it was spotlessly clean. The pizzas were great too!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable and roomy. Couch was awesome and bed was excellent. Only issue was shower bar above door was a bit low and I cut my head on it.

An ordinary Motel, nothing special about it. I got a good night sleep. The building is old and it wouldn't hurt with a renovation.
The bar area was nice, the beer went down in front of the open fire.

Very comfortable and convenient accommodation for a road-tripper visiting the fascinating town of Queenstown.

The room was a good size and furnishings in good condition. There were lots of handy little extras provided. The bed was quite uncomfortable. Ceiling in the bathroom needed mould treatment and repainting, plus an exhaust fan to prevent repeat issues.

Very old property, old beds & linen, smelly & stuffy rooms (no aircon) Cleaning not very thorough however we found the new owners very friendly & helpful & keen to address & improve all these matters. In all a pleasant stay.

Parking was a bit average. Continental breakfast was an absolute rip off. 1 cereal we wanted not available whole meal bread not available 1 butter and 1 spread for 2 pieces of toast. Expensive for what it was.

The manager and all staff were extremely helpful very accomodating, friendly and nothing was too much trouble for us or other guests. Very convenient location, good food, off street parking. Suited us perfectly

Rooms are big but dated. Mattresses are low to the floor and feel lumpy and old but were surprisingly comfotable. Location was good. I had to take a antihistamine. Veiw out of my window was amazing.

Stay clear of this place if you can. If you cannot, you will survive but not much more. No wifi in room, terrible mattress.

Taps leaked unless tightened ridiculously hard. Shower head leaky and wouldn't stay in place making having a shower extremely difficult. Being able to watch YouTube on TV was a plus.
