Easy to walk around and to Jersey Garden, easy to move to Manhattan also. All you need in a reasonable walk distance.

It was a clean quit it for one night the only things didn’t have was a microwave and refrigerator it why give it is a 4 ⭐️ , next to the airport everything else it good . I thank you for taking care Rey out to me there text

We were using this place as an overnight stay while waiting for a flight and it was perfectly suitable for that. It was fairly expensive for the quality, but the service was good and it was clean.

according to night shift manager explanation "Hilton" online booking system has fail so there is no way to checking in and verify people has already booked the room.
We wait 3~ 4 hours in the lobby till 1am morning. Magically bus driver helps him fixed the server at hotel end~ we really wonder the night shift manager's capability...

We had a great stay, it’s very convenient for Newark Airport & opposite Jersey Shopping mall. The hotel is clean, the breakfast room staff are lovely & so friendly and helpful. Reception staff, not so friendly but we were checked in quickly. Breakfast is great, bagels, scrambled eggs, fruit yogurt cereals, tea & coffee, perfect. Will definitely return

We appreciated the early check in and late check out, as well as the shuttles to the airport and Cape Liberty. We enjoyed the welcoming and comfortable environment of the lobby area. We found the hotel computers to be lacking and the WiFi to be weak. We stayed twice, a week apart 🙂

Overall this was a great hotel for our one-night stay before departing out of EWR. However the shuttle service was very unreliable after retuning our rental car, so we chose to take an Uber to the airport the next day. This was not a deal-breaker for us, and we will definitely stay here again, but one should be prepared to use alternate transportation to/from EWR if timeliness is important.

We like staying at this hotel but they describe themselves as an airport hotel, why did we have so much difficulty checking in after an early flight?!?! Front desk gentleman couldn’t care less initially but after much discussion, they had rooms available and finally accommodated. Not good enough.
Otherwise hotel is very good, and it’s our second time staying and would consider it again

The hotel was nice, great location, right across the street from the mall. We got there a few hours before check in and the desk clerk asked for a tip to give us a room early. I thought that was odd, but I had never been to New Jersey before, I thought things may be done different up there. I don't remember his name, but Hampton Inn should know that they have a scammer working for them.

The front desk person (Juan) was the worst. First didn’t say hi. I had to ask for the room number to which he said it is in the envelope. I then asked the location of the elevators. And then had to ask for the WiFi code. And then ask about parking. At no time did he provide any customer service. I used to work as a hotel front desk personnel in college, so I am familiar with the job requirements. He was the worst.

Hotel is very convenient for Newark airport, it runs a shuttle service to and from every half hour for free. The hotel is literally across the road from Jersey Gardens shopping mall which is also so handy. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. The room was big and had everything you need
There was free tea/coffee in the lobby. Breakfast was basic enough, scrambled eggs, breads, yoghurt, waffles etc but did the job. The reception stored bags until we were ready to go to the airport. Good stay

Except for the not so great of front desk communication skill, all others are good, especially housekeeping and airport shuttle.

Don’t count on the shuttle every 30 min. It’s more like every 45. Had to take a cab. Breakfast was garbage. Shower was warm not hot. Water did not drain, showered in ankle deep water. The toilet paper roll was already half empty, yuck, but they did fold a triangle on the first sheet, wohoo. Stay somewhere else

Just choose a different hotel…
The shuttle from the airport took 1 hour to arrive even though we were told it arrived every 30 minutes. We watched the same shuttles arrive from other hotels 3 to 4 times before ours arrived.
If you want to get in touch with the hotel you’d be better off sending a carrier pigeon as it took me 5 calls, waiting on hold to be hung up on and 4 hours.
The room was fine other than the wall paper peeling off from water damage , the ceiling had water damage and looked like it could collapse, the hallways had a fan blowing to soak up all the water damage, and on top of that we had to pay for an Uber to get to the airport because again the shuttle was late and took 50 minutes to arrive.
Also, we needed a late checkout as our flight didn’t leave until late at night. They extended it until 1 pm then. The next day I asked for even later and was told if I wanted to stay past 2 pm it would be an additional $75. So because of that my family had to wait around at the airport for 9 hours…
Finally, You might as well find a place that cost a bit more because you’ll be able to save money on buying an Uber.

Ok hotel for a familiy of six. Friendly and service minded staff in reception. Ok breakfast. Room clean and with good size. Airport shuttle picked us up and returned us to the air train station. Nice place to stay for one night in transit.

Some one kept opening our door this morning before check out. I’m not sure why they did that. If you stay here please ensure that you out the do not disturb sign on the door so staff just don’t come barging in for no reason

Property is clearly being renovated and has excessive storage containers occupying many parking spaces. Returning to the property late evening and finding was parking was both frustrating and challenging. The nice front desk lady came out and cleared parking spots for several cars that were circling the lot. In the end it worked out but it wasn’t fun.
