It was very clean and the front desk was very accommodating

Easy and fast check in. Convenient CVS right next door. Rooms were renovated and very nice. Exceeded expectations. Just a bit small for a family but it’s Motel 6. Overall I was pleased (:

This is the worst Hotel I've ever seen. The pool was poluted and closed sorry, got a refund. The internet connection was very low. There was a TV in the room, but the screencolor was deep blue. We stayed in the basement and could hear almost every word and every step in the room above us. There was a laundry but we couldn't use it because they said the coin depot was full. Dogs barking from almost every room. Never Motel 6 again!

Two clothes dryers broken. A/C broken. The room was dirty. No refrigerator 👎

It can be clean better. Pool was nasty looking but overall was quite good if you are not planning to spend a lot of time in the room

The TV was a blue screen so I couldn't watch it. The price was good . Smelled like paint . No parking by my room

Safe clean

Small parking area which made it difficult to get in and out. Our sink plug was broken in our room so water didn’t drain well. Also toilet seat was chipped in multiple places.

Very clean, smelt great coming into the room. Ac works freezing cold & most of all pet friendly 🤗. No microwave or fridge but that’s ok. Pool could have been a bit more clean but besides that everything else was great for the stay.

No fridge or microwave. No tissues. I even asked the front desk for a box of tissues, assuming it was mistakenly left out the last time the room was cleaned/serviced, but they told me they don't give those out.

The room was presentable but a bit small for two beds. Was only given one item for hair wash, not enough for sharing. CVS is right next door so very convenient for last minuet things.

Clean, quiet room. Staff courteous & polite. No coffee machine in room, however, coffee in lobby. Small fridge in room to put my 1/2 & 1/2 there. Only powered milk offered - do not like. TV had a strange hue to it - didn’t know if settings were correct or it was not a good quality tv. Did not offer channel to watch Giants game & was disappointed.

I only had the problem that my key is deactivated every now and then everything was super good

Disappointing. My sheets were stained, the water wasn’t working and the tub had a ring around it. Absolutely no amenities, no tissue, coffee and the staff were not accommodating and didn’t seem to care. The towels were hard and looked like towels you use when you wash the car and I left I left a night early.

Rooms were clean but small

The room was relatively clean. It had a bit of a smell but nothing bad.

We checked in at 3pm to a filthy room not cleaned at all, towels everywhere no bedding etc. Went back to the lobby to let them know. They told us give them 30min. A hour and a half later the room is finally ready. That evening when we turned off the lights to go to sleep the whole room was lit up like it was day time outside. Their parking lot light was not properly mounted to the roof and was littering hanging over the roof and shining directly into our room window. We told front desk the next morning and we were told maintenance would come. My husband even offered to help, but no maintenance ever came. Next morning we asked what happened with maintenance man coming for the light. They said what light… We stayed three nights and the last night they taped a trash bag to our window that was falling off at the top. Not once was there an apology or an offer of money back or an offer to check out later. My husband asked for refund or some kind of discount and they gave him $20. Mind you we paid over $1000. We will NEVER stay here again

Great place to stay - close to Monterey Fairgrounds. Stayed there for CaliRoots festival.

Was a reasonable price. The bed was very un comfortable. Please replace the beds!

Rooms was 2 1/2 hrs late being ready however the staff was very nice and helped me out with parking and wifi before my check in time. It was clean. I would stay again still.

Stayed for 3 nights and was charged over $1000 due to the location by the fairgrounds.. Bed, pillows, and blankets were awful! No refrigerator either.. Faucet barely worked! They over charge cuz thwre was a festival happening

The pool area was open that was nice

Overall ok for the price. However the beds are spring beds of low quality and too much white light from windows despite blinds. They over illuminate lobbys the blinds need to properly cover windows

It was a good value but I noticed some wear and tarnish on the bathroom fixtures and a cracked sink
