Great location and good orice. Lovely bfast!

Normally a great experience at this hotel. This time, not so. The restaurant and bar were a disappointment. Service level was low, communication poor and the beer was warm ans only in bottles. Everything else, great!

tv was turned on when we arrived, in two bed room sholud be defalt things like soap etc for TWO people, which was not. imprint of something was in bath, probably cleaned, BUT... lil' dissapointing for 200$

As a hotel this was a reasonable place. Quiet, good spacious rooms. However, for the naive it can be confusing as there is another Courtyard by Marriott Brussels in the city which is much more centrally placed. The difference is that one has EU on the end. This doesn't! If you don't realise that then like us, you'll be headed for a hotel stuck in the suburbs rather than the hubbub. Once you realise this and are satisfied, with planning you can get around reasonably quickly as there are various public transport means, and if you fly to Brussels it's got an airport shuttle run by the hotel to get you back. However, for two knackered travellers on Eurostar who had been up all day, the extra chug to get through to the location wasn't ideal. Took about 30-40 mins to get to Gare Central on the bus, likewise to the Etterbeek district. In other words, if you want a city central walking distance hotel, this isn't for you!

Great location. Staff was attentive and helpful. Restaurant had good food options. Parking lot next door was very convenient and free on weekends. Close to train, bus and tram stations. Grocery store nearby. Laundry within driving distance.

Excellent location, and good breakfast. Only issue was parking was extra - that was not made clear during booking. I used a filter for included breakfast and free parking on site on hotels.com to book three stays - free parking in the other two but not on this. Breakfast included in the first two but not on the third! Issue with hotels.com rather than hotels!

Great stay for a family of five in a family suite.

It met my good expectations for a Courtyard Marriott. The front desk was helpful and courteous. The hotel and rooms were very clean. The gym was well equipped. The bed was comfortable, but a bit on the firm side. The Wi-Fi was fast enough, but had high latency that disrupted video meetings. The heating in November worked too well. The thermostat control was a dial that allowed for adjustments +/- 3 degrees. Even at the -3 adjustment, the only way to cool the room was to open the window, which opened just a centimeter. The breakfast buffet would benefit from adding a vegan protein option.

Ver good property not too far from the airport and accessible by public transportation. The tennis court is not far. The staff are serviceable and there’s a mini market with beer

The staff at this property is just wonderful. Super helpful and generous. This was our first time in Brussels and we occasionally had questions. They always would stop and have a conversation with us about how things works. I highly recommend this property.

The hotel was comfortable. The pillows were nice and we had a good rest. A block over there were few restaurants and shops- including Carrefour supermarket and Turkish bakery.

Very helpful with tips on where to eat, shop, and party.

Very nice hotel, quite some way from the city centre so I'm not sure how we booked it if I'm honest but once we had the buses sussed it wasn't a problem at all. Breakfasts very good. Friendly staff. Close to airport
