Great service at breakfast, check in was easy, room was clean and soap smelled so good! Beds were not as comfortable as I wanted. Laundry dryer takes too long to dry $6.50 to dry a load

The place is really nice and the beds were really comfortable. Liked having refrigerator, microwave & kitchen sink in the room but they don't have a stove or oven but they had a dishwasher! Breakfast was great! Had egg, peppers & cheese omelets; sausage/egg/cheese sandwiches; turkey sausage sandwiches; boiled egg; make your own waffle; toast; bagels; cereal; oatmeal; yogurt; fruit; banana nut & blueberry muffins. The negative was having to pay$10/day for parking; elevators were slow; outside lounge chairs by the pool are really hard!; $125 pet fee was ridiculous!

I can say the hotel looks very decent from the outside. There was someone always wiping down after customers were coming in full of water from either the pool or beach. The gentleman that checked me was very nice and pleasant. However checking out Angelina was not so friendly. When dealing with customers you want to be nice as possible and not come off as rude or too direct with straight answers which gives you a rude approach even if you are not trying. Next time she should try smiling. Also the room when I walked in smelled old. As if I was walking into granny’s old wooden house. The air was very moist and the carpet had a very damp feeling. The whole night and the next day felt that same way. I didn’t like that at all. The lamp shade was also dusty. The ac ran all night even though it was on auto. Besides that the room was clean. Love that they offer free breakfast.

We were shocked that we were charged for parking. The lot was not a parking deck and had no security. The $10.65 a day to park on an open lot was an unwelcome hidden fee.

Used our One Key Cash to book a beautiful oceanfront suite. The hotel is so nice, so new, and the staff was really professional and kind….from the front desk to the sweet breakfast ladies. We liked that the pool was open until 11pm, and not crowded at all.
The area is very safe with numerous great restaurants in walking distance….with Tipsy Taco right across the street! We will be back!

Crisp, clean, modern. Such easy access to the beach & pool area. Staff was so attentive. Room was awesome with balcony overlooking ocean/beach. Very nice to have a large fridge/freezer. Definitely coming back.

We had amazing service from check in to check out. The entire staff was kind. The hotel is spotless. Right on the beach, I will be staying there anytime I"m in the area.

Our stay was amazing! The staff was phenomenal! Courteous Polite and friendly!
Rooms were immaculate. Great breakfast and the coffee was good. The dining staff was awesome.very attentive. We will definitely stay here again.

Well for one we did not realize they charged us an xtra 50 for incidental fee when we checked in. Then when we checked out they charged us 20 for parking. What if we didnt have this.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Ormond Beach,Home2suites. Everyone of the staff was friendly and helpful if needed. The breakfast bar was nice and had a variety of choices. The room looked new, and well maintained. My wife added bring your own “Charmin”

Available with no advance planning. Super helpful. Greeting staff was wonderful, knowledgeable and helpful. As clean as a facility could be. Had a patio but no chairs and actually opened to parking lot. Not a selling point but again, last minute lodging and was wonderful. Daily breakfast was comfortable and a bonus. Would recommend to all.

We stayed 1 night as a family of 5, following a Disney trip. Wanted to see the beach before heading home. They let us check in earlier which was HUGE. It was clean and kid friendly. Great location with beach access and a pool too. Would stay again.

Just one comment. Linen are not good quality. They are not cotton, chip. Should be better bedding, more comfortable.
We did not have all options for breakfast, we came for breakfast 30 minutes before close.
But overall is great hotel!! Clean and amazing view on the beautiful Daytona beach!!! We will be back! Thank you!

We loved staying here. Very clean, great breakfast and so close to the beach. The only thing that I was disappointed in was that I selected and paid extra online for an “ocean front room” and when we got there they said there was an upgrade fee for the ocean front room that we really were not expecting.

The entire experience at Home2Suites was excellent. There was a worldwide electronic security breakdown that affected banks, airlines, and other services. It affected door readers for hotels, so the staff had to walk up and open the door for us repeatedly until the problem was resolved. Everyone was very courteous and friendly. Cleanliness was excellent. We would stay there again.

Brittney, Rose, Dane and the whole team were amazing. We came in at a very challenging time with a computer crash. The whole team worked together to make sure that we felt welcome and comfortable. Despite all of the added stress, Brittney remain calm, professional, and helpful. I thought the service at this hotel was superb and their teamwork should be applauded.
The hotel is new and in beautiful condition. The ocean views from the balcony are breathtaking. It had everything we needed to have a comfortable and relaxing stay.

We have been going to Daytona/Ormond beach every year for over 10 years. So far this hotel is our favorite. Very ideal for Families with pet dogs!!!

Room was clean and spacious. I loved the kitchenette, and the ocean view. It’s family oriented, and the guests weren’t noisy. The beach is just a few steps away. Parking was cheap only $10/ night. Other hotels in central Florida charge about $25/ night plus a resort fee. No resort fee in this hotel.
