Our room was recently remodeled so it was lovely. There was evidence of all the remodeling going on but we didn't hear it. The breakfast buffet was good, just didn't have the usual cold items. We would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was recently renovated. The finer details were definitely missed. There was white paint or plaster all over the place, including the hallways. The trim in the bathroom was very poorly done. It’s a shame because the room was very comfortable, but it was hard to miss these poorly done touches. On a side note we wanted a Pibb from the machine. It turned out to be a Dr Pepper and was six months out of code. Breakfast not too exciting. I would stay here again.

This property is beautiful, clean and offered good service. Everyone was very polite and cheerful. The breakfast was fabulous, with lots of options and everything was delicious. Would definitely stay here again it was a great value.

This is a great mid way point for our trip south from MA to GA. Easy on/off the highway and options for late dinners surround the hotel which is helpful. The room was nice and quiet. Comfy bed. Nice pillows. Great shower/bathroom

Complaint that the shower stall had black discoloration along the edge. I don’t think it was mold but it was not in keeping with the cleanliness of the room in general we’d stay again!

Check in fine, only issue is that they only have two handicapped parking spaces at the front of the building.

Staff was very courteous. Hotel is under construction…website indicates that there is a jacuzzi, but it does not have one.

The shower head leaked after it was turned off. Very neat. The break went from excellent and varied from last year to just ok.

Overall the room was comfortable clean and quiet. However the 3rd floor is under construction and our room 314 was next to it. No work being performed but hallway and elevator very dirty.

I was extremely disappointed in the condition of the hotel. When I stepped into the elevator, I took a step backwards in disbelief at how filthy and grimy the elevators walls and floor were. When ingotniffnon my floor, I saw that the wallpaper was peeling everywhere. When I got in my room, the bathroom floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The wallpaper was also peeling everywhere. The leather in desk chair chair was peeling and ripped off in several places. Just not the standard I am accustomed to for this hotel. It was t worth the money I payed.

We traveled in and got there late. The room had a horrible odor when we turned on the AC- too late to contact front desk- in the am at 9:30 the housekeepers knocked on our door and entered. The deadbolt kept them from coming in but we said we are sleeping to due our late arrival. Gym was small and peleton was offered but not hooked up to power. We didnt have breakfast so can’t comment. I know there is construction going on but other stuff should be better- we expect more from a Hampton Inn and Suites

Would never recommend this facility. We couldn't check-in until 2 hours after the scheduled time AND was given the keys to another person's room, who was actively in there. Left and requested refunded immediately!

Computers were down took 30 minutes to register, then while I was napping another guest was issued keys to my room and entered. Of course, in the confusion it was my keys that were disabled. Restless night.

I had originally booked a room with a king bed and plan changed. I understand I could not get a room with 2 beds due to availability but I specifically asked if room had a couch and was told no. I paid for a second room and to my surprise BOTH rooms had a couch negating the need for
me to have to pay for a second room due to not getting correct information at check in
I have booked Hampton Inns pretty much exclusively for years due to cleanliness and safety. I feel getting incorrect info should have gotten refund on second room not being told sorry she didn’t know
You have to go through customer care call to discuss but can’t get past prompts
