Easy check-in, friendly staff. The room is less than basic, no coffee maker, no fridge, nothing else than just a bed, pillows, table, and lamp. But it was clean and quiet. The entrance of the hotel is a bit sketchy despite its accessibility to the city's main attractions.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable. Food is OK Hotel needs some renovation. Air condition is noisy and didn't work one day (maybe it was an isolated accident, but it is something serious!) Wifi could be better.

If i could go back that day before i slept in this hotel i would just go to Hilton hotel. Just go to the Hilton even its expensive. It worth it

They wouldn’t heat our food. They wouldn’t provide cutleries in the room. Internet very poor.. They have lost the human aspect of the tourism and hospitality industry. It’s all about money for them . I had to beg for them to microwave my food and they demanded I pay a huge amount of money.

Central hotel with good service, confortable bed, clean room and good breakfast, the bread was really good. A bit noisy because there is a disco closed to the hotel.

No airport pickup although it is proposed on hotel.com and requested via email. Easy to state as excuse you never received the email.

Kind people but noisy, AC down, terrible and expensive restaurant. Go to La Falaise !

The facilities were old and everything in the room looked as if it was once of good quality but was very worn out. The hair drier was not working, the beddings didn't cover the whole bed, the towels were extremely old and the floor was covered in stains. The staff was also doing the minimum and didn't provide the type of service we would expect from a hotel in this category. Most importantly the wifi was a complete disaster: on some days it didn't work at all and even when it was working, it was so bad that it was impossible to have skype calls. For a hotel which receives a lot of guests on business trips as I was, this is unacceptable. Overall I think that is is overprice for what it offers and will definitely not come back.

Most disappointing was their insistence on charging for breakfast buffet for 2nd person in room altho the room was booked as double for 2 persons. Wifi was free but not strong--came and went.
