We went to FL for a wedding and stayed here 2 nights. Very clean hotel. Decent continental breakfast. Staff was awesome!!

There was no restaurant on the premises hardly anything that could be, but nothing to make the stay plant more pleasant

We arrived very late due to a delayed flight. I called to let them know in advance and they said it wasn’t a problem. When we arrived we had to wait at the locked door for over 10 minutes for someone to let us in. The check in staff was not friendly. Room was fine, though very muggy due to humidity in general. Elevator inspection was overdue!

I can’t say enough about the people that work there from the desk to the dining area. Everybody made me feel so welcomed, and I was there for visiting a family member who is very sick. They were so compassionate. I can’t say enough about this hotel. It’s just what I needed.

People were smoking cigarettes at the front door.I was forced to breathe and walk through second hand smoke and dirty cigarette waste. Disgusting!

Everyone we dealt with was very nice, professional but my experience was much different than all other stays with Hampton. We had to go to the desk to ask for everything we needed; towels, toilet paper, garbage bags. We had to leave trash and dirty wet towels outside the door to be picked up. This was very strange to me. Never had that happen at any hotel I’ve stayed. Housekeeping never came in to refresh. We were there 5 nights. The breakfast was not as good as it has been at other Hampton Inns. Linens on the beds were less than standard I feel. They were very worn and not the fresh crisp ones I remember at other Hamptons. Again the complaints are circumstantial to environment but when I did have face to face dealings with the staff, they all were nice and professional.

Mattresses need replaced (rm 418) Please offer bottled water at check-in. Readily shared it when asked. Breakfast buffet was great. Staff was friendly.

Hotel property was beautiful. Everyone we encountered during our stay, from hotel staff to other hotel guests were super friendly and personable! The pool was amazing, breakfast was amazing, entire property was super clean. Breakfast was delicious every morning. 100% satisfied with our stay and will definitely be returning in the future! Thank you!

The hotel was comfortable the breakfast was good a lot of choices.The curtains in the room were dirty, and the pool was out by the parking lot which I thought was not inviting. The staff was friendly and did reach out.

Great! We have stayed here before and return when we visit the area. The service at check in is top notch! Friendly and helpful! The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. Breakfast buffet is delicious! Clean rooms and entire facilities are well kept.

I couldn’t check in because their system was down BUT they did CHARGE ME for the night even though ai didn’t stay and they didn’t refund me even though It wasn’t my fault. Be careful with that!!!

Overall it was good stay for us. Location was convenient for our needs, publix and many restaurants near by. Breakfast was average.
Only issue was the check out time. Email from this hotel stated "Our check-in time is 3:00 pm, and our check out time is 12:00 pm. We are unable to guarantee any requests for early check-in or late checkout. Please contact the hotel directly with any requests." so we made plan accordingly. However actual check out time is 11am and they didn't allow late check out even though we had an email from this hotel clearly stating 12pm check out time.

We stayed at the hotel during a tournament our daughter was playing. The days were long, but the hotel made for a very comfortable and restful night. It was definitely worth the stay. The front desk staff was exceptional.

The breakfast was actually pretty good dude! I went with the team to American Cafe over towards Port Saint Lucy. We spent a pretty good amount of money at that place. Honestly, the Hampton biscuits were way better lol Plus, it's unlimited. I went early to grab stuff and ate on it all day.
The front desk dude was nice. Dark complexion and hair with glasses. The room was clean. The shampoos and stuff attached to the tub wall were pretty decent quality. Not something you would want to use every day, but perfectly good/safe for a 2-4 day trip somewhere. The shower head kinda sucked would be my only real complaint.

This has been the 2nd best hotel I have stay at. We like the hotel room size. The bed was so confortable. Front desk very friendly. Breakfast very good. I will defenetely look for another stay at this hotel when my next trip.
