This facility was by far the best quality and value of my entire trip which included six different hotels in various locations. Very pleased

Moldy bathroom ceiling, hair everywhere, lights flickering, hotel tried to charge me again for a room I already paid for online

Overall good. The smell in the lobby was extremely strong for 2 days. So strong that you could taste it in the breakfast. It was a cleaning chemical smell.

We got in late both nights. Staff was friendly and helpful. We grabbed snacks both night.
Room was kinda clammy feeling and a smell that coincided with the humid room. Love the pillow choices.

Check process was a little long. With two staff at the front I waited while one checked someone in for 15 minutes. The other was doing nothing.

The bathroom tub and faucet was falling apart, chipped tub and faucet was loose, very loose, had to hold it against the wall as I turned it on and off. Toilet seat was chipped too, should be replaced, no one wants to sit on a chipped/peeling toilet seat even if it’s clean. Overall, the hotel and the room were clean it’s the worn down conditions of parts of the room that needs to be addressed. We were on the 3rd fl and the flooring close to the elevator going to room 314 feels like it’s crumbling under the carpet, we felt dips in the flooring. Front desk staff were nice and helpful. But please improve those conditions.

This property seems pretty old. The staff were very friendly and on top of things at check in. The hotel was easy to find and convenient to good restuarants and things to do in the area. The hotel is in need of updating and general maintenance. There were several places where tile was crumbling and/or pain was needed. It also was not clean. The bathroom in the room needed tile, caulk, and a good cleaning. The bathrooms in the lobby were a little better, but still needed to be cleaned. I would not stay here again, unless I read that it was newly remodeled. Hilton should not put their name on this hotel, because it does not go with their brand and expectations.

Requested a ground floor room, was told when I called to request a ground floor room that would be no problem. When we arrived given a room on the 4th floor, told by front desk we were assigned to a room on 4th floor as housekeeping was behind?
Stains on carpet, wall by AC torn up. Coffee pot broke day 2, no replacement available from front desk. Pool filled with bugs, my husband used the net to clean pool. Elevator wall was very dirty.
Bed was very comfortable, bathroom was clean. Reception area clean, staff very nice.

The shower had mold at the top, the floor in the hallway was so spongy it felt like you were goi g to fall through the floor at any moment. There is not enough parking, the pool was green tinted, you can hear tbe people above you moving around more than normal.

Nice place to stay, close to everything you needed, the only thing I didn't like was there was 1 elevator for the whole place and it took forever to get it at times

No phone cord on room telephone, 3rd floor hall felt like it was bottoming out, floors in elevator was nasty, the window shades was tackie, for a non smoking hotel, they had cigarette burn marks on the carpet. I actually thought it was the hampton inn that was right down the street. That was the reason i got the room. Turned out it wasn't the hampton inn.

Clean, comfortable hotel that was a pleasure to stay at. Over our 8 week drive around the country we have stayed in quite a number of holiday inn express hotels and I have no problem giving them high marks. Also note that they had a very good breakfast and their internet was great.

The hotel was okay. Budget friendly and cleanliness was not top tier but acceptable. We stayed on the first floor and our room was immediately next to the pool. We could not open the shade because we were at ground zero with pool goers. The lighting in our room was subpar and we were right across from the laundry room. Luckily we were there for a family event and only returned to to the room to slee and shower. So it was okay for what we needed it for. Overall I would give it a 3.75 out of 5. I would stay again but I would definitely explore other options before settling on this location.

The room smelled like a musty celler. Was there 3 nights it was horrible. They tried to get it out but no good. They didnt even offer to put us in a different room.

The property is not inviting. Parking was shared by another hotel. Staff did not pick up dirty towels. Not enough carts to carry my things up. Desk help was friendly though.

First room smelled, was in very poor shape, and had to be changed out. Second room was cold and uncomfortable. Had a cockroach in the shower this morning.
Overall, the hotel was in not-so-nice condition and felt worth less than 1/2 what they asked.

I would stay here again.
