Luxurious hotel at a great price. After staying in various places throughout India, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this hotel. Also amazing rooftop lounges and restaurants with 360 views and high quality food and service.

Very centrally located property with nice cafés/restaurants within a 5 min walking distance. The hotel is well maintained with large comfortable rooms.

Great staff. Really helpful, really nice. Tiny roaches in the room, which didn't bother me, but might bother someone else. Otherwise clean and convenient.

Pune is a difficult city - dirty, noisy, chaotic. The hotel is an oasis.

Great stay clen and comfortable

This is a great place to stay, but there is a lot of scope for improvement. Most importantly they need to know no hotel charges for an ice bucket. Also please check all appliances before the guest has checked in.

Administration staff was rude and lazy. Room phone did not work. Premier suite (top suite) smelt like cigarettes even in newly cleaned room. Wifi was horrible, did not connect well, incredibly slow. Feels like the hotel was constructed right, but somehow employed mostly incompetent staff that are caretakers rather than people who want to provide a good service.

I would rate your breakfast as very average. The quality of your Deli like Croissants and Danish pastry was very average. They were hard and cold. Rest was okay.

The location is great, easy access to airport and the city. Shopping and dining options are nearby. Don't miss the famous German Bakery right next door

Another stay at the O-hotel in Pune. I like the stylish design of the rooms, the big windows with view of the trees and city. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Service is friendly and helpful. As mentioned, I've stayed here several times in the past and keep coming back.

Assume you do publish this review here is feedback on the hotel. The Owner is living in the early post independence era of monopolies. You cannot bring liquor into your room. Yes you guessed it, he also has a bar in the same hotel that serves alcohol at rates that are the highest this side of the Suez Canal. A visit to the bar would make you feel lighter in more ways than one. If you like to use the soap in the room, please be prepared to use your teeth unless you have a swiss knife in your bag. The soap packaging is so..... tamper proof. There are no perforations to help you open it. Same story with the body wash container, the foil again is "tamper proof". The same swiss knife will be handy to open that as well. After check in, you are forewarned that you cannot sign for anything. Any dining or beverage charges that you incur in the room will have to be settled there on the spot. The TV system is a serious challenge for even the most technically inclined. A shower and some TV before bed will make you feel like a DIY guru. Once you enter your room, you realize this place, the hotel and the management and their practices are in urgent need of updating. The interesting thing is that the owners keep marching on notwithstanding all the constructive and negative feedback they keep receiving. This hotel is in terminal decline. Unlikely to patronize this "joint" again.

Thestay was good, dont know but i would prefer if there was ventilation or windows which could be opened for fresh air.

Obviously things are pretty tough in this category of hotel at present as our stay at the O Hotel...which is normally something of a highlight, was a huge disappointment. I totally understand the changes that need to happen due to Covid 19 restrictions but that doesn’t have to mean that basic customer care & warmth of service needs to go also. The whole experience from check in to check out 2 days later was so impersonal. There were cost cutting measures everywhere from the reduced staffing levels, reduced in room amenities to the non existent buffet breakfast. Unfortunately the room rate had not been adjusted accordingly. Not sure I will return to what had been a hotel I looked forward to staying at whenever I traveled to Pune.

The hotel has great location. The property is well kept though the rooms (specially the vanity) has started showing the age. The hotel staff is friendly but the restaurant staff can be friendlier. The wifi is not at par with any hotels I have stayed at. To say that wifi is spotty is an understatement.. I ham seeing that many people complained about wifi but not sure hotel is even listening to feedback.

I've stayed at the O Hotel before when in Pune and always enjoy my time here. The hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are comfortable and the area is centrally located.

I was told on the website that it will be a king size bed but what I got is two single beds attached

Asked for a king bed but they gave me a twin bed. Was too tired after check in to move rooms. There were no toiletries in the bathroom like shampoo or shower gel. Probably not put by housekeeping but still.

Worst hotel I stayed in this trip to India . Would not recommend to stay here to anyone. Same price you can stay at far more better property and very professional staff.

Was very central to where I needed to be in terms of location. The staff was very polite, courteous and enthusiastic to serve. It made the stay very pleasant. Our room was very comfortable and the view was lovely!

The property was great but I was highly disappointed with the checkin experience. There was this manager named Mr Girish who was very arrogant. My wife was not carrying her passport on her but the booking was on my name, the way he insisted on getting the id documents was as if we were trying to stay there for free. There is a way to treat customers and I think Mr Girish could benefit with a class in politeness. The property is great and the rest of the staff was very professional.

Internet was too barbaric. got charged for the paid plan, but still could not use it. The staffperson at the reception didn't care about this.The staff in general seemed below par compared to any 5 star hotel. Not a satisfying experience overall.
