Nice clean rooms, neatly renovated and modern looking, with all the amenities I needed for the night stay. The wide room space are great for anyone who needs ada accessible widths. Very comfy night sleep. Thank you!

There are flying insects that will get in any food you bring in or set down for even a moment. The coffee maker....forget about it.
The drains smell horribly so you can't stand near them to brush you teeth or you will gag.
An insect from the room bite me in my ear....I kid you not. I didn't realize it until I was driving home and my ear started bleeding. I complained to management while I was still there..they said they would take care of the room while I was out during the day but apparently did nothing. Now I've emailed them several times and sent photos and they won't answer me. I'm traumatized by my stay at Casa Via Mar

The tennis courts, which were advertised, were not in use and not taken care of. The AC in the room did not work and the shower door was broken.

The property is clean and well kept. It is close to the harbor and fun activities and we enjoy staying here. Unfortunately the service is not very quick or responsive but otherwise it is a great place to stay for the cost!

It’s a nice place. We liked it how ever when we arrived there was a woman recording us my sister and my brother in law picked us up and this woman kept recording we told the staff and the girl only said she’d talk to the woman. Very annoying.

I gave a low rating because for the price of the room I was very disappointed…… in the bathroom the floor was wet….i cleaned up but but there was water coming from under the floor….. I was beyond disgusted when I dim the lights and I was watching the roaches crawl over the countertop where all our stuff was….i don’t think this was worth the price.

Nice enough property with updated, clean rooms. Only real complaint was no one was around to check in travelers when I arrived. Waited about 20 mins with a few other guests for woman to arrive who who pulled up in her car and hurried in when she saw us. Having to wait around in hot late afternoon for check in was not what most travelers look forward to. If you have a room close to the main road it is pretty loud as well. If you have to stay in the area it is good for the price and staff was friendly enough.

Very comfortable beds. The AC machine could use an upgrade. That thing was loud when it would go off. The floor was dirty, like dusty. Our socks were filthy dirty. Besides those minor details the stay was great. Customer service was good, housekeeping was friendly. I will be back soon.

I was not sure what to expect with this hotel recently remodeled with a few things not finished at the time of my visit. It was not negatively impacted at all. Everything was clean and quiet. the staff was very helpful. I would definitely stay at this location again. I was very happy with everything. Nice pool and spa as well.

I honestly think this was a decent hotel. Wouldn't be my first choice but definitely not my last. I would come here again. Only slight con was that the floor seem not so clean but it hasn't old carpet. Staff was polite and helpful.

Rooms were newly renovated, very modern and simple. Bed was very very comfortable. Stayed on the 2nd floor, could here people walking in other rooms but it wasnt disruptive. Free parking. It was clean besides the floors. Would stay again for a night

We have been staying at this property for 10 years plus and it never disappoints.

The room was large and recently updated. I would recommend full length mirrors. The property was under construction however, it was still managed well, clean and comfortable. We did have an issue with our air conditioner on the last night however, I’m sure if we were not leaving the next morning they would have moved us to a different room. Overall experience very positive.
