Room was clean and comfortable, only complaint is the fan in the bathroom. Not sure if it does not function, but was unable to get it to turn on. Lobby was clean and bright, breakfast was good and all the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Non existent staff. Breakfast was horrible both days ran out of food. I would like a refund for $30 a day for food at least. Asking for help was impossible due to lack of staff.

Newer Hotel, not great workmanship, fixtures in the bathroom were hanging off the wall and anchors were pulled out of the wall. Room was about 95 degrees when we walked in and took about 4 hours to cool...

The staff was very nice and helpful eventhough they were experiencing major issues with the IT outage. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was hot and delicious. I really have no complaints, but i do have suggestions. This visit i rented an EV and it would have been helpful and convenient if this location had an EV charging port on location.

This hotel administration is terrible. We were not given key cards until the 3rd day of the a 4 day stay. They said that their system was down. We had to be escorted into our room each time. The bathroom door couldn’t lock and had a scratch on it. We were charged supposedly several holding fees of some random amounts (181.27, 14.65, 165.80) on different days of the stay when no services or purchases. This is very shady!! When we asked about it, the receptionist couldn’t explain why those holding fees were charged. I already have another stay with this hotel for the next couple of days, but will not stay at this hotel again when I am in this area.

Great value and large room with free parking and a full breakfast. Easy travel to wineries. Only temporary drawback is the construction project going on next door.

Clean, spacious property adjacent to vineyards,but our room faced a hotel extension several stories tall covered in scaffolding. The staff were friendly but understaffed in AM to replace coffee and other breakfast items. Coffee maker in room was broken. Disappointing for the price/location.

The hotel itself was nice and breakfast was great, but they charged me a smoking fee after I checked out when I did not smoke in the room. I had to escalate the matter to corporate and the owners of the hotel to attempt to get a refund of the $300 fee. The general manager refused to give me a call back after leaving messages for him. I will not be going back

They don’t have the advertised hot tub… I chose the property because I wanted to soak in the hot tub after my traveling. They’ve filled in the tub and covered the signage to the tub with sticky notes. Yet they haven’t removed it as an advertised amenity with photos on the website. Had I known I would have booked a different hotel.

It was a very nice hotel. Friendly staff, clean room, extremely comfortable bed and the sheets and comforter were SO comfortable I wanted to take them home with me!

Showed up to check in to multiple rooms for guys to find out this hotel is charging an additional fees per day to check in. I will not be using this hotel nor will I use Expedia again. It’s not the $ it’s the failure to fully disclose the correct amount up front. It’s dishonest and I won’t do business with y’all again.
