Great location and the staff were amazing.

I have now stayed at the Park Regis several times and it has never disappointed. It is a very clean and modern hotel. The staff are extremely helpful, efficient and pleasant. The room was great and really well equipped. I enjoyed the swimming pool. The hotel has a great location, being very close to Clarke Quay. On this occasion they excelled by letting me check in several hours early at no extra cost (I realise they can not guarantee this, but it meant so much to me).

Staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean and well-designed. I like that there was a tap for filtered drinking water. Hotel is convenient - close to many dining options, bus stops/train station entrances.

book a queen size room but just give me a two single beds room.

The property was under renovation and I was only offered to change room due to persistent water pump noise disrupting my sleep well into the night. Then the room power tripped twice in a week at night due to a same faulty breaker. I was offered a couple of bags of chips and coke for the troubles. Maybe it was my luck but I will not book this place again.

Small room for the price. Awful pillows (too big). Terrible coffee.

Good location to access Clark Quay entertainment area. It is a short walk across the street. For transportation it is close to the subway and easy to get taxis or Grab. The hotel is under renovations but many rooms are already updated. I didn’t notice much noise or disturbance despite there being renovations ongoing. Don’t book the breakfast option on Expedia as it is far cheaper to book it onsite. At least for me it was. Expedia asked for $99 for the breakfast option but on-site was $25. Most staff were friendly and helpful. One staff member wasn’t however which is a first for me in my travels. Maybe they were having a bad day but it’s part of their job to be pleasant and not be confrontational. I liked this hotel and its simplicity. There was a decent size pool and the amenities one would want in a city hotel. The price was really good, most likely because of the renovations. The location made wandering around late at night to the Clarke Quay easy. I love what they have done to the entertainment area with all the options for food and music. Great atmosphere.

Great small hotel. Nice not queuing for lifts, or missing out on pool lounges. The in-room tea and coffee did not include milk, only packets of non-dairy creamer powder. I ordered some milk from the kitchen that was delivered in a takeaway coffee cup. I was told it would be $3, excessive for such a small amount but bearable instead of 20mins to go and find a 7/11. At checkout I was told it was $6. No apology, just settle the bill! A small amount but a bad taste to end with.

No private bathroom Inside and outside full of inch size ants. two nights in a row I found huge ant on my toothbrush. will never be back here, I stayed 8 nights...

I booked this property last minute without doing a lot of research as I just needed an overnight spot. I was extremely pleased. Our room was freshly renovated and by Singapore standards fairly spacious. Rooms well designed to maximize space. Bathroom is a bit unconventional with a water closet set up for the shower and the toilet and the sink with storage between those and the bedroom area. Worked well and there’s also a desk and a cozy window seat. Pool area is gorgeous, gym well equipped and there is a lovely restaurant on-site. The location is excellent- quick walk to Clark Quay and Chinatown - can walk to many locations/attractions in under 20 minutes and there is a metro stop a block away to Singapore’s simple to use system. One nice feature is you can shower on 2nd floor if you arrive early / depart late - which was very welcome before leaving for our 28-hour journey home. Staff was helpful. Location safe. Highly recommend.

We were warned on checkin that upgrades and construction were taking place in the hotel during day hours. We were given a room right next to the rooms under construction area. Her we been on the other side of the hallway or down a floor or two the noise would have been much more livable. I do not feel like they made an attempt to move us away from the noise and construction. Not sure if the poor room selection is beachside the room was prepaid.
