Superb front desk! They were always happy to answer any questions or assist with anything we requested (umbrellas when it rained, milk for tea) The hotel was clean and had everything needed, including extra toothbrushes in the bathroom as well as tea and coffee. The only slightly negative was that the air conditioner temperature could not be altered and seemed to be set on a timer: very cool in the afternoon but slowly warned up somewhat until we found that the early hours of the morning got a bit too warm. The hotel is situated on a very busy street and if you're unfortunate enough to get a room facing the street, I imagine it would be quite noisy. Our room faced the bushy area and road noise did not affect us. It's close (max 15 min) to many shops, markets, bars, massage places so is a good place to stay if you want to walk instead of use transport. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Cleaning the room is excellent. I couldn't adjust the temperature of the Aircon.

overall ok ,but internet speed a little slower than USA & S.Korea . little hard to use the internet , guess need some more improvement for this .

Nothing negative to say but there is not that much to see in Kota Kinabalu. Staff are helpful and room was clean with an excellent breakfast.

The room AC was not functioning and is warm.
