Nice hotel with MRT underneath the hotel. Make it so easy to get around. Surrounded by couple of shopping malls… lots of shopping to do and eat.

Amazing location, right at the metro, my room key wasnt working and needed to come down twice before they sent someone with me to fix the lock on the door. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Beautiful facilities

Rooms are very basic - including their club room! This hotel needs a major revamp! Breakfast in the downstairs “common area” is chaotic and extremely poor. The only positive thing about this hotel is the staff - they are super friendly and helpful! But definitely not worth the money - don’t even bother upgrading, it’s a complete waste!

Great property. We (family of 4) enjoyed our stay for 5 nights in July. Shopping and Metro is directly connected to this hotel. Rooms were spacious and we took two rooms. Well maintained swimming pool. I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, room space, room keeping, easy access to transportation and shopping. We skipped the breakfast at the hotel as it had less menu for the price.

Close to visit our son who lives in novina, never cleaned our room until late in the day, reception staff not very friendly Will stay in another hotel when I return next year

My room was dirty when I arrived at 10pm. I had to clean bathroom myself. There was also debris on the floor Twice when room was cleaned, they left used cups and spoons and did not replace with new.

The hotel was very good as was the location. Only slightly issue was that we booked a twin room and when we checked in, they had all been allocated. We were given a double room and a camp bed for the night and then moved. However this was fine and we were moved the next day very easily. Staff were very apologetic.

Room not clean, very noisy between rooms

I booked this hotel because of the pictures of the infinity pool and amazing views. What isn't clear is that you can't access this area unless you are in one of the more expensive "club" rooms which give you access to the "club" area. There is another swimming pool. but the upholstery on the loungers was worn out with holes in them and were looking very sorry for themselves. I had booked 7 months ahead and arrived to be told our twin room wasn't available - I had to argue the point to be given the twin room booked but shouldn't have had to when jet lagged and tired. The location was good near the Novena MRT station. It is a hotel also used by flight crew.

Hotel is clean and room spacious. Attached to shopping centre with many food options and MRT station. On a main MRT line. Newton food centre just one stop away and marina bay on same line. Would definitely go back!

Till 430pm, the room wasn't cleaned. For most hotels I have stayed, it should be done by then. I have turned on the sign and informed the reception in the morning before I left to do my errands. Sorry about that.

The check in and. Concierge staff were so helpful with all of my requests, including a 3pm checkout and locating specialty foods plus other shopping requirements. Great room with a comfortable balcony overlooking the very nice pool area. Fabulous food vendors and train station literally beneath the hotel. Comfortable and clean. Would definitely come back

Staff are absolutely wonderful especially the Club Room Lounge staff and our fantastic cleaner Suria. Apparently upgrading in the future so expect tired carpets etc to be replaced. Great location for MRT accessible via B3 level and a shopping centre with countless dining options 1 minute walk.

We had a execllent stay at Oasia Hotel Novena Singapore. Inspite the influx of guests during our stay, the staff managed it well. They were really attentive and showed so much care to their guests. The hotel offers a number of amenities, and the rooms were spotless clean from the bedsheets to the bathroom. The coffee pods and tea bags were regularly replenished. Kudos to the management, especially to all hotel workers from the front desk up to the housekeeping and kitchen staff. Special shoutout to the OFWs (Overseas Filipino Workers) working here, I know it is hard to work and live away from home. God bless you! The location is great since the hotel has a direct access to Novena MRT accessible with the elevators up to 11pm. There is also a nearby Catholic Church, several hospitals, and shopping centers. I would recommend you stay here if you want a more peaceful and less crowded area away from the central business district. The hotel exceed our expectations. If we return to Singapore, we will definitely stay here again.

Location was quite good. However, it's the 1st time that i came across a hotel that does not provide bottled drinking water in the room

Hotel needs some updates and maintenance.

Really clean, comfy bed and good service. Air-con good but a little noisy. Good shower. Basement access direct to shops and mrt.

The hotel near shopping mall and train station, convenience to travel about. The room floor was dusty.

Cleaning staff were amazing - always smiling and made the rooms immaculately clean. Reception staff were friendly and efficient, albeit a bit robotic I’ve had warmer service elsewhere. The rooms were alright. Areas are showing wear and tear. Alot of staining on the window side seating area, and for the bathroom there were definitely areas of adhesive repairs which weren’t done at a high standard (Literally slapped on thickly) . Pressure for the taps were a lot, even by turning the taps on slightly you’d get splashed instantly. The glazing between the room and bathroom was just confusing, the frosted effect does not work and you can clearly see the person naked on the other side if you’re in the bedroom. The manifestation which has been applied on the glass is useless and a blind system would have been suffice. I can’t imagine how it would be if you were sharing a room with colleagues or friends… Overall, a nice stay and was suitable for the short stay. However, the bathroom condition needs to be sorted out.

My children are disappointed because the pool is closed

The location is great with easy access to the Novena MRT. The rooms are a good size and the staff are very friendly and helpfull. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
