Great stay - very clean and comfortable, and restaurant food quality / service was outstanding!

We heard about this hotel from locals and they were absolutely right. Feel like being in a forest yet in a city. Fantastic venue and luxurious.

This hotel had everything you could expect. The parking area is free and has a lot of space. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We even got a glass of prosecco when we arrived. Our room was clean and spacious with a nice bathroom and comfortable beds. Tilburg centrum and the La Trappe brewery is both less than an hour away if you bring your own bike (as we did). The hotel is placed in a forest/park, but close to an access road. However, we did not hear any noise from the road when inside our room. The breakfast was absolute fabulous, especially when you consider the ongoing corona situation which the hotel handled very well. We did not eat at the restaurant because we already had other plans, but the restaurant seemed to be very popular. We will definitely stay at this hotel when visiting the Tilburg area in the future.

Spent the holidays touring around Europe and this hotel was our favorite stay of all our hotels! What a gem! We booked due to its proximity to Efteling theme park and I will definitely never look to stay anywhere else when I return. The included breakfast is heaven. Great food in a cozy atmosphere. I wish all hotels could be this magical!

The Auberge du Bonheur is a cosy little hotel with a nice kitchen along with it so it is a pleasure to be there.

Room simple but comfortable. But an arm chair was dangerously broken and the phone did not work so the wake up call did not materialize and so I was late. Staff were friendly and helpful

Excellent bed, super helpful staff, plentiful breakfast with everything you could want. I had a perfect stay. The only hope i would have is that they upgrade the bathrooms, which are basic, fine but not in line with the quality of everything else. PS: with my family we tested all roomtypes apart from the weddingsuite and they are equally comfortable, none suffer from noise as the acoustics are properly managed, you hear nothing (not from outside and not from other rooms; the beds are equally good in all rooms as well.

The Auberge is in a lovely location - at the edge of a large wood with many walking/jogging paths. It's tranquil, pretty, and very relaxing. It is a short walk to the university. The breakfast is very nice.The staff are friendly and helpful. My room was clean and quiet - I even had a small terrace with a place to sit outside.

A charming, small hotel with modern bathrooms. Very helpful staff and decent breakfast. Really serene locale overlooking the Amstel canal: boats, ducks etc. Minor issues: our minibar fridge did not work (they stored our bought food in their kitchen's fridge); not very strong light bulbs; a water kettle cord that did not reach the outlet, fraying carpet. But quite comfortable bed, modern bathroom, good room service, relatively spacious room (we were in the Deluxe), great views of the canal. All in all, we very much enjoyed the stay.

The beds were great and comfortable and the room quiet. There was a bathtub in my room and everything was very clean. The only issue I had was with the lady at the front desk. There were two of them and yet the one helping me had to pick up the phone WHILE helping me. That was annoying to say the least. I arrived around 9 PM and simply wanted to get to my room but the lady behind the desk interrupted my conversation with her to pick up the phone...

Located on the very edge of Tilburg this wonderful hotel sits. Staff were very friendly and the accommodation was clean and comfortable.

We were welcomed with friendly staff right away. Very helpful, quick and efficient. Room was more than I expected and the nights stay exceeded expectation. Check out was just as easy. Plenty of parking, close to walking or jogging park. Food was excellent in the restaurant.

Room, welcome , food etc all excellent. A beautiful site with lovely walks in the forest behind. I was there to watch the European hockey championships and it was perfectly situated for walking to the amazing hockey centre nearby. Two slight drawbacks - my room had a communicating door with the adjacent one, and I could even hear their coughs and sneezes., and for someone in their 70s without transport it was a long walk to the nearest bus stop or train station into the city, and taxis are expensive.

I had a good experience at this hotel, it is walking distance from Tilburg University which was the primary purpose of our visit. The room was ample size and situated in a quiet wooded area and despite a nearby road, the road noise was negligible in the hotel room. The city center is a 10 minute drive by car so beware if you are expecting to be able to walk to the city center from here.

Nice, quiet rooms. great breakfast. A bit remote if you aren't going to the university.

I had stayed at this hotel about 3 or 4 years ago and the food was good then. Since then it has improved quite a lot but some of the portions are small and the food is quite expensive.

The hotel is to be refurbished soon, and so the bedrooms will be better than before, although in fairness the one we had wasn't bad anyway. The staff are super-helpful and very kind, and there was no problem parking our bicycles in their bike shed. The room was surprisingly quiet given that it opened on to the busy main road. The room was clean too.

Have stayed before. Staff are friendly. Food is good. Rooms are comfortable. easy parking. Lovely surroundings. Great to sit outside with a drink if the weather is good.

We found no faults with this beautiful hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Lovely hotel situated next to woodland, brilliant restaurant attached as well, very close to the university, will definitely be going again.
