This time I stayed in a side room. The room was large and had a good view and lighting.
The sound insulation was very good and would not be disturbed.
The hotel staff are very friendly and provide prompt service.
The only downside was the breakfast, which had a long wait before everyone could order one. We didn't think the breakfast was delicious ,because it was very salty and the portion was much smaller than the previous two days, and it was highly repetitive.
I will still choose to stay here next time, but I will definitely not order breakfast again.

We were given a twin room in which the air conditioner didn't work and the toilet could not be flushed. After we told the staff about these, they quickly upgraded us to a bigger room. They were appologetic. The new room is great but it has a strange smell.

A very comfortable night stay. Checked in time was 3pm. Included in price was decent breakfast and free drinks at the bar. Staff at reception and bar was very pleasant. Near Canal city and Hakata station.

The room is said to be 240m but I don’t think it is of that size , as I had difficulty opening suitcases in the room.
The lobby is tiny and hotel doesn’t have many facilities .
It is not value for money , and fall short of my expectation as a 4 star hotel.

First time staying at this hotel despite having been to Fukuoka several times… It’s interior decor is charming and rooms are considerably bigger than it’s neighbors but the hotel on the whole is relatively dark and the room lightings can be a little bit more brighter for my comfort level… It’s also a pity there’s no added amenities like a pool or onsen. Also it’s location just a 10min walk from Hakata Station but it’s behind the main roads so can be rather dark at night!

Very nice hotel located on a quiet street about 6 min away by foot from Hakata station. Staff was very respectful and spoke English. There is a Lawson’s located directly outside the front door and many restaurants close by. The only con was that the mattress was very firm and a bit uncomfortable.

A great place to land when arriving. Super friendly and helpful staff, really lovely and comfortable room, quiet but close to everything. An easy walk to and from the train station, with all manner of restaurants and cheery foot traffic all around. Would definitely return.

Hotel is very close to HAKATA station but it is quiet. It’s good for your rest as you will not get disturbed by others. There is a Lawson in front of hotel and it is 24hours. It’s extremely convenient. The hotel is clean and staff are very friendly. I would stay at this hotel when I visit Fukuoka again.

Our room for 3 was modern spacious confortable. Location is great almost in front of Hakata station ( great to go to Airport and dining /shopping) Nice staff.

It was my first time to stay at a hotel with a strong wind. I stayed there for 3 nights and 2 floors, and I was able to see everything from the outside. I thought the Japanese hotel was small, but the worst room with an extra bed. I would never recommend it.

Nice hotel. The room and around is very comfortable and clear. Bus terminal and train station are near the hotel. Also, there are few shopping malls which take around 10 mins to go there.

Great services that allow us to store luggage for a while after checking out. Coffee shop nearby is excellent. Very convenient 5 min walk to the train station.

The staff was great, the hotel lobby and waiting room extremely cramped during high volume check-in time, the hotel’s cleanliness was impeccable, and their breakfast options were not Western friendly. Overall, it was a good experience, but if you are looking for comforts and superior accommodations, this property lacked some of the things Western travelers are used to. The location was also a great feat due to it being close to the subway station and bus station with lots of restaurants and shopping to do during down time.

Nice upscale lodging after staying at a string of business hotels throughout Japan. Quetta location with only a short 8 minute walk from Hakata station. The morning buffet breakfast was leaps and bounds beyond your standard Hilton morning buffet. Nice selection of Japanese and Western food choices.
