It is close to two stations: Kitahama and Sakaisuji Honmachi. Nice restaurants and small shops around. Its on a quiet neiborhood. Cleanliness can be improved, carpets are stained and old, our bed cover had very *odd* stains as well as on the walls. We asked the bed cover to be replaced, and we sort of ignored the stain on the wall. Except for that, the room was ok.

close to the metro station, around 8-10 mins walking time. Clean and standard size of Japanese hotel size. We stayed for 4 nights and had a good time during the period.

We have stayed in different hotels in Osaka and another MyStays. We’ve been disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The EcoPlan concept is great, but only works if you give the cleaning staff enough time to clean the room properly for the next guests. The cleanliness was well below the Japanese standard. We always tell our friends about how immaculately clean it is everywhere in the hotels in Japan. This hotel does not fall into this category. The staff was great and helped within their means to arrange a room change the day after we arrived. The room was better, although a lower category (standard double vs. superior queen), but still the cleanliness was not up to hotel standard. We booked the superior queen initially because of the bigger size, but this room was so tiny that we had trouble moving around. The only place where you could open the luggage was right in front of the entrance door, there was no place to put clothes away. The standard double room we changed into after the first night had a different layout and was much more comfortable than the other one. We stayed in smaller rooms in other hotels, but the superior queen (even though it ought to be bigger) felt much smaller and was not functional or convenient at all due to the layout of the room. I’m not sure if we would choose this hotel again if there are other choices. The area where it is located is great though!

We didn‘t get a cleaning service everyday, what i would expect with nearly 80€ per night. The room was tiny, but the bed was very comfortable. Room temperature was nice, not as cold as in other hotels. For short- term staying perfect. Service is very helpful and nice. They even changed our wrong booked smoke-room in a non-smoke-room for free. We would have loved to try the restaurant, but 2 out of 4 days of our stay it was closed the whole day and we are not sure why. The wifi is very slow, you can barely use a messenger app. No recommendation for persons, who want to skype with their families. The bathroom was clean when we came there. You could even take a bath if you would love to. All in all we had a good stay, although there were a few things that could have been better.

I am satisfied with the quality of this hotel. The price is reasonable for the quality it offers. The surrounding environment is safe for night travelers (i guess it is a business district ). Its sound proofing is nice. Bed is comfortable. Staff could speak English. Only thing is it doesn't have much other axillary facilities, like Japanese style bathroom and kitchen. Overall I recommend this hotel.

Location was a bit far from main city/ shopping areas, staff were very courteous and helpful though language was a problem, room was okay and had all the necessary comforts. Overall we got what we expected from a budget hotel

everything is ok except the shower. the shower temperature wasn't stable.

30 mins walk away from any major JR stations. not bad though, metro station is about 10 mins walk away

Room was kinda small but expected it. Good move to place the amenities at the common area to reduce wastage. The hotel is located at quite a quiet location, with most shops closed (probably due to new year), so it felt quite too dark and quiet/dangerous to walk back alone (luckily I'm with my hubby).

Over all it was a good experience, my cancelled room already reimbursed.. I hope there is Pay at the hotel option without credit card.

Their bathtub has an auto temperature control. My stay there was short but it was really comfortable.

Nice hotel rooms with decent views. There is construction going on outside the building that may bother you if you are sensitive to noise, I wasnt bothered by it though

Bathroom was nice, room was always cleaned. Front desk provided good service. Refrigerator was useful. Close to stuff to do.

Our Hotel room is nice, but once you inspect the T.V rack, and the window curtain, you can obviously see the dirt and some oily stuff in the TV rack. We also noticed that there house cleaner is a foreigner, maybe there a lack of training on there part! But overall it was a nice stay

We booked a non-smoking room but got there and got a smoking room as they said they had no more room available... Regardless, waited a bit longer and went down in the evening and got a room change :) The room was very clean, tidy and big enough size for hotels in Japan. Pretty close to the train and other popular locations.

Our used coffee cups were not cleaned on the first two days of our stay. Having read my note in the room, the attendant still failed to do so. On top of that, at breakfast I almost drank into a cup left with a clear pink lip on the brink. Its breakfast buffer was a rather mundane one.
