Coffee mugs would be good, lighting confusing. Hand washing liquid would be good. Bed very comfortable. Dining excellent.

Nice room with beautiful lake view! Shopping centre is just next door we just walked for the movies.

We had 2 rooms booked. Requested king in each but only one room was king. That was fine but room 204 had the queen and the bed was extremely uncomfortable other than that the rooms were clean and ok for the price. Included breakfast was fantastic and pool area even though smelt musty and ceiling was peeling was relaxing and bright and sunny. Our 3 night stay was fine and only other issue was 2 of the 3 nights in room 204 and 202 you couldn’t sit out on the balcony due to the air conditioner to the function / restaurant noise was un bearable and you could hear it when trying to go to sleep too. In future I would request a room at other end of the hotel

The food was amazing, and reasonable price, the staff were amazing, very helpful, very enjoyable and pleasant stay and highly recommend.

Service hit and missed. Some days you get good service and some days not great. The front desk one of the staff never bother to greet customer and very cold when you request for info or help. If they can maintain consistent great service, it will be one of the best hotel in Adelaide.

The staff make this a great place to stay from reception through bar staff wait staff- everyone should be complimented on their welcome friendliness. The room we had was freshly updated in the shower which was pleasing. The fried rice was served fresh and very quickly. Special thanks to the chef! Thanks to Austin on reception for quick attention to detail.

Have stayed here a few times and it has been excellent however this time the mattress was terrible. This being my only complaint so would definitely stay again

The Lakes Resort Hotel never dissappoints. The staff on reception are friendly, helpful and efficient. The rooms are spacious and clean, the beds are comfortable, and all rooms have lovely water views, as does the restaurant - and breakfast is included in the price. Brilliant!

Stayed here many times. Always clean, beds so comfortable , best shower I’ve ever had and great views of the water. Breakfast is included and was great. Above average hotel. Shopping centre opposite. Really recommend the Lakes Hotel.

Incovenience of competing against diners and drinkers for parking spots. They should have private parking for the guests who are staying at the Resort. If there is none there then we would have to park over at the shopping centre.

We enjoy the sports bar area. The food is great. Enjoyed the spa in the pool area. For the size of the property you could have an awesome pokie area. I think a kids zone would be an awesome addition. We always enjoy staying at the Lakes and will be back again. In our room (118) the sliding door to the balcony was very hard to open and shut without making a huge noise. We also had organised an 11.00 check out but when we got back from breakfast after 10.00 we were locked out.

The staff make the place what it is. They are welcoming and helpful in reception, the bars and the bistro dining both at dinner and breakfast.

We stayed the night following an amazing meal at Tunki where the food and service and atmosphere was outstanding. Hotel room was clean but could probably benefit from a facelift due to tired carpets and paint and furnishings. Staff were fantastic though and the breakfast excellent.
