Strategic location and good services

I enjoyed my stay, very friendly staff. However, the room cleanliness could be better.

A hotel which tries to justify its star rating and cost by offering top range facility like a jacuzzi bathtub. but the usage was inconvenience instead like water splashing out and wetting the floor causing risk. Rooms are mostly facing the main road which is noisy especially in the morning traffic. The excellent staff service and attitude made up for all the deficiencies though

We spent 3 nights at this hotel. Room was clean and spacious.Breakfast buffet was ok, more Asian dishes than American dishes which we liked. Hotel was close to nice restaurants with good food, and in walking distance to Taipei Main Station for MRT.

The room's condition and service in general are nice. One thing that could be improved is the quality for the pair of slipper provided, which is thin like paper. The slippers provided in the other branches of Tango Inn is way more better. Also, we find it difficult to find a hook to hang used towels in such a big room.

Good hotel, excellent location, nice room with good amenties. We cannot find the heating as it seems the hotel only have air condition. They also provide a very eco friendly slippers but you can only wear it one day because it is very thin. Other than the two above mention points, we love the hotel.

The sweet studio has no windows at all, and it did not mentioned in the room description, it shpild have mentioned in the room description, so that customer can avoid. The curtains in the sweet studio room was very dusty, made my mom's allergy went bad. No hair conditioner, no late checkout (every hour they charged 500 twd, unlike other hotel would offer you one free hour). Overall, not a pleasant stay for my experience, will not recommend to my friends and family.

There is a Jacuzzi in every room. It is very relaxing after walking the qhole day.

Very spacious and well taken care of despite the room condition is a bit old but overall excellent service.

Need more light in room and hall

Service is great but the view was rather far off from the images provided in the gallery vs what we actually see. Cleanliness in general is okay but the room was way too dusty. Every single corner we could see a pile of dust and I have sensitive nose :( Location wise, to be honest as we are more towards trying out local food, there was limited options nearby. Mainly were pubs, karaoke and 90% are Japanese cuisine. But don’t worry, it isn’t noisy!

Good check-in. Self-serve guest lounge second floor was spacious and excellent. Second floor 'gym' disappointing: cramped, no air conditioning, no water or towel station, no wipe-down supplies. Room decor and amenities very good. Housekeeping did not always accommodate room availability.

Staff and location are great. The property is dated and feel like a love hotel. It is dark all around.

Booked here as part of business travel trip to Taipei via recommendation of colleagues. Apparently had a top floor large room with 101 views. The good: wifi is decent. Cleaning staff is super efficient at doing their job. The bad: Hot water takes 10 minutes to get going. Air conditioning needs help. Desk staff is apparently more interested in their daily to do list, than customer questions and requests. In addition, they will call and question you when you're not checking out early enough to their satisfaction (20 minutes before checkout time while I was on an international work call). And then was peeved when I pointed out that they had explained when check out was at check in, not to mention also that it is clearly printed on the card envelope with the room key. There are similar and better options for the same cost, and easier convenience to the MRT (subway) locally..

The location is perfect to shopping, eating and drinking.
