I booked on hotels.com to pay at the hotel but they charged me 45 dollars extra, I try to call but no one answering.

Hotel looked ok but the room was not great and in need of refurbishment. The worst part of it was in the bathroom I noticed a live 240V bare cable connector near the sink tap and the mirror in the bathroom was propped up with a couple of bits of wood that had nails sticking out. A serious health and safety issue. When I complained they gave me a free taxi to the airport. For the price you pay, there are many other hotels in the vicinity.

Check in was a little slow owing to the number of people checking in .. else can’t complain … staff at the restaurant were very attentive and tried their best to meet my requirements of a medium rare steak but for some reason the chef said owing to the meat being locally sourced they only offer it as well done .. in fact he berated the waiter for even requesting the same .. though the manager did apologise for the mix up …else everything else went off very well , except maybe one bit of the room had a few stains to prove that housekeeping I guess struggles to keep up with high occupancy.. not an excuse

After a long flight from US to India stay at this hotel was blessing. Hotel was very close to Airport but in very safe location. Property was clean from inside and outside. Great customer service. We bought the breakfast option and we're so happy to have such an amazing service and delicious food with so many options for whole family. We would definitely stay here next time we visit India. I would highly recommend this place to my friends and family.

We only stayed a few hours as we reached late and had to leave for an early morning flight. Check-in was good. The room was clean. We ordered some late dinner which came quickly and was delicious.
My only qualm was that the bathroom has a translucent wall to the bedroom which means that you taking a bath is visible to whoever is sharing your bedroom!

Travelled with two kids age 14 and 15 returning to school. On booking I had booked 1 adult and two kids specifying their age. Charged extra at check in. I had communicated with hotel regarding upgrades etc. Actually availed a suit upgrade for rs 5000 plus taxes. But the suite at the hotel is difficult to classify as a suit as no separate sitting area. It’s is just a slightly bigger room.

Our plane was delayed almost two nights so only had three hours at the Holiday Inn. The bed was so comfortable and the pillows soft. complimentary chocolates were a lovely gesture. Whenever I contacted the hotel to say we were delayed again they always replied with understanding. It was nice someone cared. Just wished we had the full two nights but that’s travel.

The hotel is conveniently close to the airport. Staff is very service minded. Room shows some signs of wear and tear but are clean. The Aruba WiFi access point is placed in a way that the green flashing light shines in the face of whoever is lying in the bed and disturbes sleep.
