The internet was broken, no elevetor - no airconditioning and the bugs - flies and wasps flew into the room. Had to have the windows open because it was so hot.
Nice older couple ( I'm 74 myself) but in way over their heads. Really too bad. I booked another hotel through expedia and move - a good hotel the Mercure.

The hotel does not disappoint and so all is in tact for me
It is a big ask and it delivers and I can imagine so it would for those who came before me

The staff was very helpful and kind.

The hotel is lovely and the room was very comfortable. We stayed five nights, so it was convenient to have a sitting area in our room. The neighborhood was very quiet, but there were plenty of restaurants, cafes, shops and a supermarket just up the street.
Towards the end of our stay, the room and bathroom were in need of a good clean (it did not appear to be vacuumed or mopped for the five nights we were there).

Very pleasant hotel in beautiful neighbourhood with fast and easy links with downtown. Several good restaurants nearby.
