The facilities / environment were old, and the room was humid. The location is very good but overall it’s not a place make you wanna visit again.

Great location, a couple of minutes to MRT. Air conditioning needed to function better. After travelling 16 hours upon check in the hotel lobby was super hot. Staff had fans in the lobby to try to keep themselves cool. Besides the air conditioning the hotel was great, perfect location.

The property is well located and close to the MRT blue line. The rooms are well laid out, enough room for a small family, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Great access to television channels and Netflix if you have an account.
The only items missing are a guest access laundry and ice machine. Other than that a great property to stay at.

Hotel Cozzi was perfect for our extended layover in Taipei. We stayed 4 nights and it was great. The free breakfast each morning was a perfect way to start each day. It is also right across the street from the subway which made getting around Taipei quick and easy. Great location and staff very helpful.

Thank you for the comfortable stay! My mother and I had a great time at the hotel and every staff we encountered were nice. Two names we remembered were Wayne and Debbie - both were very hospitable and friendly. Thank you very much!

The hotel room is clean and tidy. The location is convenient. There are cafe around it. The attraction of Huashan 1914 Creative Park is just few minutes walk. Overall experience is good.

I am Japanese. I have visited Taiwan three times and have stayed here all the time. I think I will stay here again next time. I really like it here.

Excellent and friendly staff. Good breakfast buffet and lounge during the day. However there is no gym, swimming pool or public bath. There is less natural light from window because the property is very close to the neighbor building. If you open the curtain, you can only see the next building and its alley.
