Quiet place , good breakfast and costumer services

The beach is beatiful and is close to the hotel.

I have stayed at this property twice and every time it's been perfect. The rooms are immaculate, the front office staff is so helpful and it's just really nice peaceful place to stay. I love the pool and I love the Dominican breakfast in the morning just looking out at the water. It's the perfect distance to walk downtown or down to the other beaches, it's just like exactly the right spot. I love it . I'll definitely be staying here again and again!

Front desk lady super nice

This was a very nice hotel, right in front of the beach with very friendly staff. It also has a nice restaurant. The room and the general area was really clean. When I go back to Las Terrenas, I would like to stay in the same hotel.

Excellent HOTEL

Very nice. Spacious. People are reliable and approachable.

One of the receptionist should be fired. She was never there when she was scheduled to be there and she took personal calls at the front desk making the customers wait on her. Terrible experience. It is a damn shame that a place with so much potential hires that kind of person to be the face of their hotel. Also be aware of the ants in the room. Don't bring back any food from outside.

Front desk personnel were very pleasant and accommodating. Yudith was helpful in getting us checked in and also in requesting a taxi for us. For our check out, we were assisted by Karen who was helpful in safekeeping our luggage while we went out for a bite to eat prior to leaving.

This is the perfecf location for Las Terrenas. very nice beach, nice and clean rooms, nice swimming pool. and the staff is super friendly and helpful we definitely gonna come back Judith in particular was great

Near from center

This is a great property to stay at because of excellent service and great views of the beach. The only thing is to be careful on storing money. We had some money stolen from our room.

The staff are wonderful. They are kind, attentive and helpful. It is right across the street from the beach. We had quiet nights, a view of the ocean, no bugs and a great rest. The restaurant attached on the beach is a good value with delicious food. This is our fifth time. That should say it all!

Costarena Beach Hotel is on the beach. Their restaurant serves food right in the beach. The food is good but don’t be in a hurry to eat. They have very polite stay that are very helpful. Most are very limited in English but with google translator we have been able to communicate just fine. The rooms are adequate and the air conditioning works great. They provide towels for the beach and they do have about a dozen or so lounge chairs for their guests to use. You can walk to many restaurants and shops.

The hotel was clean and up to date. We enjoyed our stay for a night

Good location, attractive rooms, pretty garden, decent little pool, good value, excellent customer service, especially Carmen on front desk, who was outstanding, and I say that as a professor of hospitality. She was welcoming, resourceful and always cheerful. Muchas Gracias. 🙏

The check in was very professional and Carmen at the reception but the cleaning staff were rude and unprofessional that made my trip uncomfortable and ended poorly. Overall the area is great outside of the hotel.

#1 the property was very clean this includes the grounds, lobby, pool, reception, restaurant and, most importantly, the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful in every position held. Our room had a small refrigerator and a hair dryer which were not listed on Expedia's website. Judith(?) checked us in and was extremely helpful and thoughtful. Carmen, also at the front desk, is an absolute asset to this hotel. Her kindness and thoughtfulness goes above and beyond what is expected. Carmen was a surprise Christmas gift as she shared her heart and her soul with us during our stay while doing her job. We will definitely stay here again when in town.

The rooms weren't what I booked and on the 2nd day we were moved to an apartment that was great once they got the 2 mini splits to work. Maid service was off and on and we had to go to the desk for water , coffee toilet paper towles ect. The one bright star was Carmen. She worked at the reception area. She should teach the others to be half as kind as she was. Over all the hotel is older but on the beach and if they had more employes like Carmen who was great you might overlook the rest. I would stay there again.

Too much noise- but basically, it's not the hotel, it's the area in Las Terrenas.
