Nice and close to the beach. Communication was great and the room had everything needed to cook a small meal. Outside of the busyness of Christchurch, this is a great town to visit and place to stay.

Thank you for yet another gorgeous stay! Love the family room we get each visit. Super clean, lots of facilities and great staff - thank you! Sumner is such a beautiful place - love the beaches, people, local shops and restaurants. We will be back. Thank you!

Clean amenities-filled apartment centrally located to dining, grocery store, shopping, beach. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Highly recommended.

This property was recommended to us as a great place to stay when travelling with your family dog. It didn't disappoint.
Communication was fabulous, the apartment was clean and had what we needed for our stay. Fantastic location for access to beaches and walkways as well as Sumner village. Highly reccommend.

We booked for three nights, did not stay, found another Hotel and left without a refund. This is not worth the money, very dirty, very out dated.

Not downtown but at the beach with good space and amenities. Team were welcoming and took time to show you the space - nice little touch!

Despite helpfullness at office, was disappointed on arrival to find my door was awry on its hinges and wouldn't shut. (It was fixed later which was good). AlsoThe bathroom basin plug was jammed closed so unable to let water out. I felt that the cleaners must have noticed these faults and should have reported them to the office. Other than that it was a clean and pleasant apartment and I would consider booking again.

Very central location in Sumner. So pleased we stayed an extra night so we could relax in our spacious room with a balcony. Our suite had everything one could need.

We found the location was great, close to the beach, shops and restaurants and easy to get to downtown Christchurch. We ended up staying an extra day because of illness and Chelsea was extremely helpful in finding us a doctor.

Great location. Loved the private outside seating area. Free use of laundry. Sadly the TV Signal was lost throughout the motel. It would have been helpful if we were told this at checking. Things go wrong we understand. Fixed on day 2. Free Netflix. Helpful staff. Clean and comfortable stay we would recommended it .

Staff was great. We had not thought to bring electric converter and were able to borrow a charger. Beach was handy. Coffee Culture next door to hotel had amazing coffee and great conversation. Everything was great.
