Nice place and people. Pools were clean but kind of small. All the doors on my floor stuck, made a loud slamming noise when closed.

It was good for the price. The wifi didnt work really well. Breakfast was the same everyday and the eggs were always cold like they were cooked the day before and refridgerated. Staff were very friendly especially Gee who owns the bar in reception.

Its near to Patong Beach and Bangla road.. but the resort is bit a old styled one ... Bathroom stinks and they dont provide buggy you have to walk a lot if your room is in last row of resort

Friendly personnel, great location, bungalows are new which makes it pleasant to stay. The only thing to outline is WiFi, purchased for extra money it wasn't working well, so I gave up using WiFi.

The location is good. Hotel not very clean but was ok. The stuff is not helpful at all. Very rude one.

It was good stay with the good view and condition of the room, after the smooth check in the grand floor reception.

It was delayed check in for a bit long time to wait for the bangalou type room, and it was not good condition for sleeping in the night.

If I could change two things it would be nice if there were more than one key as the kids kept shutting the door anf locking us out by accident. Aldo, it made it impossible for couples to go off on their own. Secondly, i would have liked bellboy service for older people and those traveling with smaller children.

I booked for 2 weeks through Expedia - from the first to the 16th of April. After arriving in Patong I decided to visit Chiang Mai for seven days. I asked the hotel staff if I could stay at the Natural Resort for 3 nights then take a seven day break and have my remaining eleven nights when I got back. There was clearly some misunderstanding between the staff and myself. I was told that they would keep my room and that would be OK. I returned to the Natural Resort on the 11th and re occupied my room - however I was asked to vacate my room on the 16th so I lost seven nights that I had paid for.The hotel staff said that because I'd booked through yourselves - they could not offer any flexibility - and had to comply with your voucher. I couldn't understand that. So I had to pay for another seven nights. I will be moving away from Expedia in the future

Nice bungalow Near swimming pool but no Window to get fresh air when aircon is in opération and no dark curtains.

For sleeempfing and Retex is it OK Pool is Small - 10 min to the Beach ! Breakfast ist OK but Monoton for the price it is ok i come back 😆

Called up a day before checkin and the staff confirmed the booking.The ambience is very good and the hotel is located near to Patong beach. Staff were very courteous, helped me in booking the taxi for 4 am pickup to airport. Should provide Wifi service in the room, as of now wifi can be accessed only in reception area.

We arrived late and checked in with out a hitch ! Then after 24 hours of travel we had to carry our own bags to the room . The room was really basic ! No kettle ! No hot water at both sinks and the shower was Luke warm ! The tv didn't seem to have English so could not watch it ! Unless ur Russian lol !

The hotel is well situated,within walking distance of beach and all restaurants and markets.The staff should learn to smile more and speak english.They could also be more helpful.Overall ok,but bear in mind the cost was not expensive at all.Breakfast staff need to be friendlier and accomodating.the gardens
