We stayed for three nights in the Amara Bangkok. Centrally located and well situated. Restaurants, spas, and great nightlife within a short walk. We stayed in a Deluxe Room. Comfortable king size bed with a view overlooking the iconic Mahanakhon. The swimming pool was definitely a highlight (thought could use some more cleaning). The breakfast buffet was really good - the options changed every day and is really good.
Will stay again.

Nothing negative to say. Good room and bed. Great view from the 18th floor. Breakfast, the thai food, was delicious. Both MRT and BTS are 'near' the hotel. Walking to either no problem for me (except the heat kills ya)

Nice hotel close to Patpong street ... convenient location .. Rooms are bit small .. view is nice .. pool is great ..prices are bit high in the restaurants. Mind the step in the bathroom .. i don't understand why they didn't remove this one,small step .. that can makes you fall easily especially at night and it is,in most rooms i guess as we had 2 rooms similar.

Paid for a no breakfast included room. Told breakfast included when checking in. Took breakfast the following day. Told to pay for it or the cost would be taken from the receptionist who incorrectly advised breakfast was included.
Handling of the situation was shockingly poor.

Great hotel with clean rooms and excellent staff. The view from the rooftop pool is amazing and the cocktails are great but a little expensive. Will definitely be staying here again.

A great hotel with a nice rooftop pool. Location is good if you want to go to Silom. Also a metro stop and a BTS stop from 10 minutes walk from the hotel. We had access to the Club Lounge where you could get some free food and drinks every afternoon and it was a nice perk. Staff is very friendly and breakfast was a more fancy hotel breakfast.

I stayed in Amara in 2016 and upon my return to Bangkok, there was no need to search further: amazing beds, wonderful reception staff, beautiful pool and views from the sky bar, perfect location. I will return as soon as possible!

We had an OK stay at Amara Bangkok. We got our room 1.5 hours AFTER check-in time. So bad. As compensation, we received three drink tickets for non-alcoholic drinks... Time is money. And we would have rather had our room on time instead of sitting in the lobby and waiting. Overall somewhat tired hotel, especially in the pool area. There were also few sunbeds.

The hotel staff is very kind and attentive. The views from the room are spectacular and the room as well. We were in a room with a bath and we loved it. With a welcome cocktail and some snacks. The breakfast buffet is very worthwhile.

This trip my first time stay at club10 .was disppointed.club 10 room was outdated.club lounge was more outdated .is time to renovate the club10 and club lounge.

LOVED the rooftop! Staff were very helpful and friendly. We took taxis (Grab), so no comment on parking. The place was wonderful and easy walking to good restaurants and a night market. The on-site food and drink was great as well. Would very much recommend staying here.

Very thing was super clean, lots of food options around. The staff is very helpful and goes above and beyond. I’d recommend getting the breakfast, it is worth it.

Everything was fine and wifi was fast. Just that the gym was hot, the pool top closed early and no coffee or tea in the room, just a kettle.

I loved the service at this property. The room was fairly spacious and clean, and the hotel is in a central location - close to the Silom area of Bangkok.
The only thing missing from the room are USB ports for charging of devices.

The hotel pictures are outdated. Pool looks terrible. room was not what I had booked.. they changed me the next day . Then after we were comfortable we found out that the cleaning lady had gone thru our personal belongings and even opened our suitcases .. not acceptable
